The food is great (it’s normal Subway, I just really like subs), the owner is friendly, and he always remembers my order on sight.

Went this evening for a quick dinner. Be very careful with what you order. My daughter and I split a footlong meatball and we are both feeling nauseous and not straying too far from the toilet, if you get my meaning. I also ordered a salad as did my wife, she is fine, so we know it was mot those. Don’t know if it was the meatballs or the sauce they have, but it tasted fine. Now we are paying the price. Make sure you ask how fresh the ingredients are when they make it. I, unfortunately, ordered thru the mobile app and wasn’t able to watch them make it. I will not use the app again and will physically watch them put my order together.

I’m not a fan of Subway, mainly due to ongoing concerns about their hygiene and the noticeable decline in food quality. Yet, a pile of 50% off coupons recently lured me back, hoping to grab a quick, cheap meal. My attempt to use a coupon for a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub was quickly shot down by the manager, who claimed the item wasn’t eligible at that location. Instead of honoring the coupon, in which I would have purchased chips and a drink, he simply refused the coupon outright, leaving him with no tender at all, not smart. Unwilling to pay full price, I simply walked out. It was a stark contrast to my experience at Jersey Mike’s, my go-to sub spot, where they were busy as usual, unlike the deserted Subway I’d just left. While I don’t expect a Michelin-star experience from a sandwich chain, I do expect some common sense and flexibility. This incident was the final straw, reinforcing my decision to boycott Subway entirely. Their consistent lack of cleanliness and unappetizing food have made them a last resort. Do yourself a favor and support other, more deserving sub establishments.

I went to Subway today, and ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. The lady that was making it coughed on her forearm, and I know the cough went all over the gloves she was wearing. When I got home, I just threw the sandwich in the garbage.

Subway sandwiches and religion (Christianity) have nothing to do with each other. However, pushing religion on customers and mocking customers about wearing a mask to protect against illnesses, such as the COVID-19 pandemic are all features of this Subway location. We placed an online order to be picked up in store. When we picked up the food in the store, masking and social distancing was practiced. However the self-proclaimed “manager” decided that instead of handing the food that we ordered and had already paid for to us, that we needed to endure his religious tirade. His tirade included saying that only God can save you from diseases and that wearing a mask was useless (things that had nothing to do with the food ordered or his ability to hand the already paid for food over the counter to us). The employee did not provide the entire order to us and refused to do so. Once home, we tried calling back to the restaurant for a refund on the order (at least the items that we did not receive), but we were met again with a religious response instead of a professional response. He apologized that God was speaking through him and proceeded to ignore the actual issue at hand. Subway and receiving food that was ordered and paid for have nothing to do with religious beliefs, but that was clearly all that this store felt was appropriate to discuss. This store and its employee(s) should be reprimanded for the disgusting display that occurred.
To top it off the food that was served was not up to Subway standards and did NOT reflect what was actually ordered and displayed visibly on the receipt (on top of the non-received items).

I hate to say this but I have to. This is the worst Subway I’ve been to in a long time. The grossness that my husband and I have witnessed (including a dead fly on the cheese tonight) makes me wonder if the health department should get involved. The man who is always there serving is rude and pushy and doesn’t seem to care much about the quality of your food.
Go elsewhere! Until there is a change of management I wouldn’t trust this location

UPDATE: 10/5 – I decided to come back and see if anything had changed. I figured coming back a month later would give the location time to update/change. Boy…how it has changed. I guess they fired Brad and the crew and hired a whole new team of people. To be honest, they seemed clueless. I ordered turkey…got ham. They apparently messed up the person behind me too. That customer ordered a hot sandwich (like needed to be heated/cooked) and they didn’t do it. I am pretty sure that customer was upset – as they were saying some unkind things. . .
I stated in my initial post that they needed to remove bad/rude staff. Replacing it with literal ‘deer in the headlights’ staff who obviously did not know how to make a sandwich really wasn’t what I was going for. I felt bad for the staff actually. It looked like the had received zero training and were just thrown into the fire. If that is the case, then shame on Subway Management.
ORIGINAL POST: I am giving this two stars and to be fair…it isn’t fair for me to do this. However, the Manager at this location needs to know the issue that is there. 8/30/22 – Went to this new location. There were three employees in the store – two females and one gentleman named Brad. BEFORE I GO ANY FURTHER! The ladies were FANTASTIC! THEY WERE WORKING THEIR HEARTS OUT AND REALLY TRYING TO KEEP UP WITH THE PACE OF THE BUSINESS!
Then…there was Brad. In the 5 minutes it took me to receive my good (due to being busy and Brad simply getting in the way…want to point that out!), Brad said three times that he didn’t want to be there – loud enough where a (Me) customer could hear him. He then kept telling the other girls that he didn’t want to work a certain position. He would grab the bread for the sandwich and then say ‘I don’t want to do this anymore…’. He would then go to where the ingredients (lettuce, spinach, etc.) was and work on another sandwich and then say ‘I don’t want to work this location anymore..’ He was really being a waist of space.
He was so annoying that the ladies were saying his name in frustration because he simply was not helping them at all. His work ethic was absolutely horrible and his attitude was even worse.
I asked for my sandwich to not be toasted. The ladies had no issues with this. Brad grabbed my sandwich to toast it. The ladies told him not to and he just pretended like they said nothing/decided to not listen and moved to toast my sandwich. I had to tell him to please stop and he looked offended that I ‘dared’ to speak to him.
Overall synopsis:
Food – 5 Stars
Staff (Females) – 5 Stars
Staff (Brad) – ZERO STARS!!!!…and if negative numbers can classify, place them instead!
Store (Cleanliness) – 5 Stars
Management – please talk to Brad. If he doesn’t want to be there, perhaps then ties should be cut.

Owners do not take coupons at all and don’t even know how to make a basic sandwich. Predatory business practice and disappointed that after a hard, draining day all I wanted was a simple sandwich, using the coupons I got in the mail to save just a couple of bucks since the economy is in the tanks, as we all know. Will not be back. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS OR IT’S OWNERS.

My son and me were getting meatball subs, and we say a bug come out of the lettuce. Went home and threw our subs away. Cooked at home. Will not go back to this subway.

Will not go back to this location ever again. Each time I go there and try to use a coupon the owner (indian lady) changes the rules for how you can use said coupon. It says 1 per order but she says 1 per day, contradicting her worker who tells me it’s one per order as said on the coupon. Each time I try to use a coupon, she has an attitude. Then really, don’t put coupons in my mailbox and not expect me to use them. The last time I went, I got home to realize I was charged double for one of my items, to me which is out of spite. Never again. I’ll go the distance and visit another location where customers are treated with some decency. The young lady working with her is nice enough.
