I placed an online order for two hot honey footlongs. Expecting to get what I paid I didn’t get that I hot a note wrote on the bag saying we were out of hot honeyyy!! The professional thing to do was contact me beforehand to ask if I would like something else or just at least waited until I arrived to tell me. Not make the sandwiches. Worst subway experience. Had to ask for salad dressing for salad on the side was given a teaspoon. Steak sandwich had minimal meat compared to other locations. I will not patron or recommend this location.

Places a Mobil order then went through the drive thru. While approaching I see on girl sitting on the counter playing in her phone. She jumps down when I reach the window and proceeds to help me. I told her I had a mobile order then she goes to search for it but it hasn’t came thru yet. So a male and a female worker comes to the window and ask for my confirmation I show them and everything was good on my end. They proceeded to tell me that I have to wait until the order comes thru which usually comes in 5 mins before the pick up time they give you. So I was going to have to wait 30 mins before I can get my order even tho they have verified it. I asked since you seen the confirmation could I get the order now since I’m here and was told no. I had no intention on wait 30 mins for my order so I said I would cancel it except there was no way to cancel the order. So I called the store to ask how to cancel and then they tell me it came through so I had to turn around and go back up there. So why couldn’t it just be made the 1st time?

The ABSOLUTE BEST Subway in Huntsville! Nice decor, clean throughout, food great! But the greatest thing about this Subway, is the people!!! Well trained, they give great suggestions, willing to help but most of all, they greet you with a big smile and are so pleasant! I am gluten sensitive and can’t do a lot of bread, but this is my go to for all things veggie! A salad, wrap or sandwich (I just leave the bread)!

I asked for a salad with the ingredients that I like. First, the employee for drive thru put me on hold then I had to keep repeating my order. I get to the window to pay, for her to ask me again what I want. I told her again at the window. When we received the salad, it was incorrect. I took it back to the location, explained that they made an error with the food. The same girl that asked me the first time what I ordered, was at the window again. I explained the order AGAIN. She comes back and charged me for the replacement salad. I asked why is she charging me for a replacement salad that they messed up, she just sat there. I requested the manager on shift. She stated that SUBWAY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. So, they wanted the original salad which I was willing to give back for them to fix the order. Instead I was charge over $20 for salads that were not eaten. Then when we finally called to the store, the manager on shift lied and said she doesn’t work for them, she was picking something up, but you can also here her calling back orders and working on the line. This store is ridiculous. Long story short, the remake that they made me pay for was STILL INCORRECT and the customer service was horrible. I would not recommend. If I could give no stars I would. I normally don’t do reviews on stores, but this type of service was disgusting.

There was a car in front of me and when I got to the window multiple people were on the microphone and handling the window. The guy didn’t want to take my order so he passed it on to some other female who proceeded to tell me after waiting 25 minutes in line that she put all the meat away so if you want your salad it’s going to be with no meat… they weren’t even closed yet and if you were trying to close early why did you make me wait there just to get to the window and you still can’t serve me? It was Unorganized And ridiculous
