Tables we dirty. Fruit flies all around the ketchup. Sandwiches were just thrown together, the meat was barely in the bun.

We come to warren pa 2xs a month and we have stopped here the last 2 times. The first time my.only compliant was all the fruit flies all around the condiments. But i never spoke up, figured it was a one time thing. This time, we ordered, I used the restroom quickly. The place was empty. However the employee using the rest room stall next to me never washed their hands and went back to work. I asked my husband if a customer or an employee came out. Then when I came out, he already had our food, and the fries obviously been sitting a while. Once again, the fruit flies were terrible at condiments but this time they flew in our faces the whole time we picked at our food that had been sitting a while. What a waste of money. We won’t be back, disgusting!

First, she didn’t put Arby’s or Horsey Sauce in the bag. Then the curly fries were hard. And the sandwiches were so bad we each took a bite and a half and spit it out and threw them away. The weird sauce they put on them was nasty and the meat was rubbery. Total waste of $15. I’m glad we took it home to eat so we could spit it out.

The restaurant was clean. No surprise there as we were the only customers in the place. The staff appeared annoyed that we had the nerve to come into the restaurant. We wanted to get a sandwich with extra meat, even said we have no problem paying for it, and were told they couldn’t do that at all. If all of that wasn’t enough to turn a person away, the food wasn’t hot, and even after asking for the fries to be fresh, they still gave us the old ones. Needless to say, this is not a store I will be returning to.

The atmosphere is what it is, but the service was friendly and the food was pretty tasty. RB and Cheddar was messy as hell. A definite no go while driving but the Rueben was excellent!

Nice staff but you could tell they were woefully understaffed which I think is what led to the mistakes. Ordered a large chocolate shake and large fries and they produced a creamsicle shake and curly fries. I don’t blame the staff, but I would not stop if you are looking to get your food and quickly get back on the road

We stopped in for a quick bite and saw the fish sandwiches as a special. They were hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and professional. Tables and soda area was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our meal and plan to return soon.
