The new manager, Cassie, has done wonders for this place. She has made this a pleasant place to eat. She hustles and makes you feel welcome. It was also the busiest I have ever seen. I suppose other guests noticed it too. That’s what happens when you have someone in charge who cares. Surprise, surprise.

This particular Subway has a drive-thru touch screen. You put your order in on the screen and then pull around. I ordered a large vitamin water from the touch screen and paid extra for it. She gives me a large plain water. I waited at the window for my order for 15 minutes. I asked her to replace my water with something more significant because I paid for it. I also asked if she wanted the water back and she said I really don’t care. Wow nice attitude.

Just left this location. I would give it more stars because some of the employees are really great. I am in this location almost everyday for lunch and there is one young lady that never washes her hands or looks like she doesn’t even bathe. She came out eating today and didn’t wash her hands. I asked her (were you eating seafood?) Hoping she would get a hint but, all she did was put gloves on.. Then she rings up that order (I had 2 orders), she comes back to make the other order and still doesn’t wash her hands and didn’t change gloves. I stopped her and said “I’m sorry but can you at least change you gloves”.
That’s crazy that you would touch everything even your face and not change gloves at the least. I will be walking out everytime I see her in there if she is the only one to make something. The other lady’s in there are great. And clean.

Sweet tea had no sugar, we got 2 pizza subs om flat bread , light sauce , extra cheese. As u can see how soggy the bread was beacause it was ice cold. AFTER waiting 30 mins

My daughter just left there… she ordered a sweet tea and Dr pepper and when she got to the window they informed her they didn’t have sweet tea or the Dr pepper, so obviously since she paid for both drinks she asked for her money back on the drinks where the girl said no. And it would take 20 minutes to brew a tea. And my daughter hates conflict and it took everything in her to ask about her money back. This was her n her husband’s dinner and they don’t splurge often and both deserve to splurge all the time. So I’m here to say if a customer asks for a refund for the item she paid in full for and u don’t give her just give the refund!!! Very poor customer service there!! Do better subway do better

I come here all the time on my way to scottsboro but this time I was ready to ring that little girls neck that was in there. Never seen her before but she DOES NOT need to be working in customer service AT ALL!! You dont throw change into someone’s hand! When your out of something tell them POLITELY! All I asked was do you have anymore tomatoes it required a simple No Ma’am nothing more. Also I told her at the register I had the change for my total she just went on and cashed me out didn’t even allow me to count the change out of my purse! She will never serve me again that’s for damn sure!

We were both really looking forward to a Subway sandwich. This was the first of two attempts. The lady behind the counter did not cover her nose with her mask. She is hanging over and breathing on our food. With this pandemic going, that’s not acceptable. I looked on Subway’s website for a place to give feedback and found nothing except a complicated form. I wanted silent feedback just to let them know there are customers out there that will not tolerate lack of a proper mask. I wish that person well but she needs to change her habits to keep everyone safe. There was no subway that day for us.

They were out of almost every item I selected for my salad then what little she did have, she then mauled to inedible bits of mush with some kind of knife. It just tasted like a disgusting concoction of garbage. I threw most of it away and drove across the road to another place for a beautiful leafy green salad.
