I used to absolutely love coming here. The employees were always incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, and the pizzas were consistently great. It genuinely felt like a place that cared about both its food and its customers.
Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very different. Every time I’ve gone in lately, there has only been one person working. That employee always seems completely overwhelmed and overworked. Because of that, the level of customer service that used to make this place stand out just isn’t there anymore.
This isn’t a criticism of the staff it’s clear they’re doing the best they can with what they’re given. But it’s not fair to them or to customers. It creates long waits, rushed interactions, and an overall stressful atmosphere. It’s honestly a bad look for the business and damages the reputation that used to make this place so great.
It’s disappointing to say this, but unless staffing improves and things return to how they used to be, I won’t be coming back. I really hope management addresses this, because this place used to be something special.

Probably the most consistent pizza place in town. Also, very nice manager. Recently, I had made a mistake when ordering my pizza. The manager was willing to remake the pizza the way I wanted, and gave a helpful suggestion for ordering so that it doesn’t happen again. Very appreciated

I’ve personally been to the Stevens Point location 2x and both times Killian knocked it out of the park! Not only do they provide amazing food and service but you genuinely feel appreciated as a customer and cared for. It was our first visit to Papa John’s Pizza. To begin with we thought they may have tables and chairs where customers can sit and appreciate the pizzas they serve, but it turned out to be false. They don’t have sears and it is just a take away.
It was a rainy ☔ day and we went there with our umbrellas and finding to place to sit was very disappointing.
As Muslims we wanted to order some halal pizzas, but as they explained they only have gluten-free crusts in 10 inch size, which was the second inconvenience and disappointment for us.
So we ordered two vegetarian pizzas on gluten-free crusts with 10 inches size, but it was way toooooo expensive. US$ 44 fit two small pizzas.
So, our experience was a bad one, which made us decide not to go there again.

Took an hour and a half for pizza to get here but it arrived hot. The first pizza was good, the second was undercooked and soggy. We ordered two Shaq-a-roni pizzas. They are very saucy and some people like that but no one likes a soggy dog. The ranch is nothing special and very tiny for 75 cents. The garlic sauce is nice on the crust. The delivery guy did not have any red chili or Parmesan cheese! That’s unacceptable.

The extra large pizza is a great value because is enough for two dudes. The crust tastes fresh, and it came with garlic butter dipping sauce. Also included are a few hot peppers on the side. We ordered at the counter and it was ready rapidly enough.

Generally have been very pleased with my local Papa Johns. I had to call today because I was greatly unsatisfied with the quality of my order. I received instance pushback from the manager doubting what I was saying. I like to consider myself pretty easy going, and I have always treated their employees with respect. I was taken aback by this manager’s attitude. I will never order from this store again.

Very personable service! I hope you pay these employees very well! Jade took our order and was so friendly and professional. We had alot of questions and they answered all, very knowledgeable employee! The store was clean and as we were waiting we noticed Jade preparing boxes and getting things ready for customers.

Awful experience. Deliveries do not arrive when expected. When management claims you will be contacted regarding concern, they never do. Then, coupon sent stating “We can do better than that!” but is expired. Yep, really doing better! Look elsewhere for a better pizza experience.
