I’ve never had an incorrect order with this location, they always delivery on time or earlier, and the food has always been hot and as fresh as you can get for a fast food pizza joint. We love the bread sticks, the kids love the pepperoni pizza, my husband loves any kind with meat or the bbq chicken. I always order extra pepperochinis and they give me a TON which I love. Always reliable!

I ordered a pizza and misclicked on their app to order for cash. I have made this mistake atleast 10x in the past and have been able to call and change the payment method but today whoever was working night shift wouldn’t let me for the first time since I moved here 4 years ago. I have order papa johns atleast 3x a month for the past 4 years from this place and I’m not sure who was working tonight but they were extraordinary rude and refused to change my payment method cause “it would take a half hour to change it” when I explained to said person that other people who have worked there can change it in 30 seconds and all they did was hang up the phone on me. I personally hope this person wakes up without a job cause he is the first person ever to treat customers this way at this establishment. I am thoroughly dissapointed and am gunna be shopping elsewhere for pizza from now on.

I tried calling before closing and I was repeatedly hung up on when I was trying to make an order. I finally got someone to pick up and they replied they were going call the police be if I kept calling. All that I heard over the phone was was on hold music and it hung up, so I called again. Customer service is abysmal. I understand it was close to closing but I expect to not get threatened. If your business is advertised opened until 1 am. We should be able to place orders until close?

The extra large pizza is a great value because is enough for two dudes. The crust tastes fresh, and it came with garlic butter dipping sauce. Also included are a few hot peppers on the side. We ordered at the counter and it was ready rapidly enough.

Took an hour and a half for pizza to get here but it arrived hot. The first pizza was good, the second was undercooked and soggy. We ordered two Shaq-a-roni pizzas. They are very saucy and some people like that but no one likes a soggy dog. The ranch is nothing special and very tiny for 75 cents. The garlic sauce is nice on the crust. The delivery guy did not have any red chili or Parmesan cheese! That’s unacceptable.

Generally have been very pleased with my local Papa Johns. I had to call today because I was greatly unsatisfied with the quality of my order. I received instance pushback from the manager doubting what I was saying. I like to consider myself pretty easy going, and I have always treated their employees with respect. I was taken aback by this manager’s attitude. I will never order from this store again.

Found 2 black & curly hairs baked under the cheese and crust. I asked the manger if they are required to wear hair nets or beard nets, and they said no. We were given a refund but who wants to order another one after that?
