Old guy working that can’t hear was very rude to a little girl in front of me and then was rude to me when I asked for Russian dressing. Commented an off hand remark and then made me feel like he was rushing me through my choices. Didn’t get everything because he made everything awkward. The lady at the cash register apologized to me but it wasn’t her fault. Old dude if you dont want to work with the public then go push a broom somewhere. Worst experience ive had and I hadnt even tried my food yet because I needed to post a review.

I was helped by a very nice young lady named Ari. She was fast and effective. She made a recommendation of garlic aoli sauce which turned out to be a new favorite. Great service and the food was also great.

I give a one star. For multiple reason employees are smart asses on ander the table are dirty. There always out of breads meats ect. I called ahead to be sure they had everything 30 minutes of a drive later. I get told we are out of bread because they hadn’t made any. Best bet is to go to mall road location in florence

I very seldom leave a negative review but my family’s experience here was horrible. All three of us weren’t able to get the sandwich we wanted due to the fact they were out of different products. That plus the woman behind the counter clearly hates her job. Extremely rude. With 2 other Subway options in town. I will never go to this Subway again.
