Service is sorry!!! Works dnt know how to handle online orders!! I paid $45 online & get to the store they said it wasn’t ordered!!! My bank card was already charged. Refused to give me managers number!! I left with no food & no GM INFO!!! 10/10 dnt recommend!!!

This location is pathetic! I placed an order for curb side pick up. It took over 20 min for the order to be ready when the app said it was. I get home both of my sandwiches were completely wrong. They were plain! I tried to call, and the number rang and rang. I go back to the location, which I had very limited time, also why curbside was ordered to be told, they don’t have a phone, they would remake the order but they will not give my money back, and they didn’t have contact info of district manager. She didn’t know how to contact her. She didn’t know anything! They were not taking accountability or responsibility for wasting my time that I expressed has been wasted. And provided no real solution. This use to be a great location but now I urge others to go elsewhere because they are not competent.

This is a chain, and the girls that work here really do the best they can. I pick up DoorDash orders here a lot, and if it’s not ready when I walk in, it’s always close even when it’s busy. I’ve been in there on a busy lunch, line near the door, and they were just as nice and efficient as they would be with few or no customers. They may be slow some days, but you can tell it’s just due to staffing and they are doing the best they can.

Prices are a little wild for sandwiches, but that’s a corporate issue I have.

Me and my girlfriend came here to eat and got two six inch subs, one large drink, and a cookie and ended up spending $30. The staff seemed to be under qualified and unsure of their actions. I am certain that they up charged us. When I made a face at the employee who was cashing us out he made a nervous face and got defensive. The restaurant itself was not clean, the floors were disgusting. Half of the employees were outside of the front doors taking a smoke break that we, as well as other customers had to walk through to get into the store.

All of that to say, I would not recommend this location. If you’re ever headed North, through Florence, I would go to the one downtown near UNA.

I typically never had a problem with my order when I eat here, but today there must have been a new worker, because they put meatballs on my sandwich that didn’t need to be there, they put the entirely wrong cheese on it, they could barely cut the sandwich in half, and they had to be repeated told when to stop on things like the sauce. If they have their trainer with them, or had more of it, that would improve customer’s experience greatly.

Went in at 7:30pm. Chair’s blocking all dining area except 1 table. Mopping floor while we were eating. No tea. Getting it ready for next day. If you’re open until 9:30 you need to be open until 9:30

Remember $5 foot longs? Yeah, well that’s a thing of the past. Never again. Why would I pay $24 for 2 foot long subs when I could take my wife to a quality sit down resteraunt a few dollars more? I do not recommended.

This location made me a BLT, but when checkout came around told me that particular sandwich no longer exists and they have to ring it up as a veggie add bacon. Fine. Until you literally charge me the price of a second sandwich as the price of added bacon. I could have paid less and gotten more by getting a different sandwich. But i didnt know this before ordering and making this. It’s been my favorite since i was a kid. This is really a break down in communication and lack of training to the employees up front to tell me this BEFORE they made my food. I would have simply ordered something else! As it was, I felt obliged to pay for it and avoid an embarrassing situation with the long line behind me as I wrestled my infant simultaneously. I went back and asked to double check I wasnt rung up incorrectly and they stuck by it. Moral of the story, ask before you order as this rebranding has changed alot and apparently no one can be bothered to explain that before hand.

Lady making the sandwiches was great. Brandy on the other hand wasn’t. She wasn’t helping make the sandwiches, wasnt helping bake the bread, wasn’t helping on anything really and when she did get behind the vegetable lines to get a customer some mayo in a cup, she didn’t put any gloves on.. she was moving so slow getting change for the til so she wouldn’t have to help. I dont understand how she got hired.. I have never been this upset to write a review but she has me fired up. Will no longer be coming here as long as she’s there
