Two people working, younger male not doing anything at all when I pulled up to the drive thru window and he looked at me and continued to do nothing instead of helping me or at least taking my order- which was only going to be a few cookies. I watched the older gentleman make the customers sandwich inside – NOT remove his gloves when he finished -proceeded to ring him up and finish the transaction (gloves still on) come to the drive thru open the window and ask what I would like I asked what kind of cooking they had- he then went to the cookie bin pulled out 4 different cookies came back to the window and held them out at me like a hand of cards and asked what I wanted. Never changed gloves. ♀️ No thanks. NOT going back. The new owners/management need some proper training for sure.

If I could give this a zero star review I would. My wife and I went to this subway the person told us that they closed at 930 and we said okay and started ordering our food. We got half way done with our order and the guy told us I told you 930. We are now closed and closed the drive through window. Needless to say we didn’t get our food and he wasted our time. I will never go to this subway again! Absolutely the worse subway location I have ever been to!

The store is clean, and the employees are efficient. The meat is now covered by a metal lid, so you can’t see, and I’ve never seen the “new” meat slicer being used while in the store. If you want a quick sandwich with low expectations, this is the place to go.

This store has been OK in the past even though I’ve never been happy with the fact that they don’t honor online promotions or coupon codes. However, I’m done wasting my money here. The last five times that I ordered here, my order hasn’t been right. I place my orders on the app and all the ingredients are listed right on the receipt that’s attached to my bag. It shouldn’t be that difficult to go down the list and be sure that everything is there. Two times I had ordered chips and a drink and got neither. I wasn’t the one picking the order up, so I wasn’t there to catch it. The last three sandwiches I’ve ordered have been pathetic…at least 3 to 4 items left off, no condiments, no cheese, burnt bacon, etc. I realize no one is perfect and it would be different if it was just one error here and there but it seems to me that neither the employees or management appreciate their customers and that they feel that they don’t need my business; therefore, I’m going to help them out and take mine elsewhere.

I got here at 8:28 pm and they had their sign on open but both doors locked. The girls inside a white Girl and black girl were just laughing at me without having the decency to come tell me they were closed. I then proceeded to the drive through and they saw me and didn’t even acknowledge me. They close at 9 so I think it’s ridiculous to have their open sign up and make fun of customers who think it’s open without even telling them anything. Will never be back to this subway.

About as good as Subway gets. If you want a decent sandwich at a low cost, this is a good place to go. The store’s usually very clean and the staff have always been friendly. If I’m in Russellville looking for a quick bite this is usually my go-to place. It’s fast and right on the highway so it’s easy to get in and out of.

I went in at 2:50pm on 11/8/2022, the short dark haired lady with glasses was rude the entire time for no reason. At checkout I asked for a package of mayo, the guy gave me one. As we walked out she was climbing him up and down for giving me a pack of mayo. Saying those are for party trays only. (A lie). I felt so bad for that guy. He was nice and competent the entire time, unlike her. So if you see this dude, Thanks for the mayo, she was just taking her bad day out on us.
