What’s the point of sending coupons in the mail if the store is not going to honor the coupons? This store limits you drastically compared to what coupon advertises. The sub I got was not even part exclusions according to the coupon, but according to the workers they couldn’t honor it.

Well not sure if everybody gets a slimy salad or not, but I like a fresh crispy salad myself. 15 minute ride home should not cause it to be slimy. What a disappointment.

Drive through is for the most part quick, unless you catch them backed up. Sandwiches made to order, have yet to have a mistake in the order. Not overly friendly but certainly not rude. Haven’t been inside lately so not able to comment on cleanliness.
