Typically this is my families go to pizza spot because we can always count on great service and delicious food. Today was the first time I was disappointed with both. I walked in to pick up my pizza, was ignored for atleast 2 minutes as multiple workers walked by me, then when someone finally came to help I was told my pizza was still in the oven and it would be 5-10 minutes. I walked outside to get my 10 month old and patiently waited inside for my pizza. When it was ready the tall gentleman with long hair handed me the boxes, looked at me holding my child and said “oh man good luck carrying these”. I honestly thought he was joking and was going to offer to hold the door or something. Nope he was dead serious and turned around and continued what he was doing. Then after all that I get the pizza home and it’s dry and overcooked. Disappointed all around.

Used the phone bot as preferred by the establishment. I provided the order and the bot confirmed the correct order. But when I picked up, the pizza was incorrect and I was told that’s what the web bot submitted. They did nothing to fix the problem. Poor customer service and poor technology. Don’t use the bot!

First time eating at This Jets in a long time . I ordered an 8 corner pizza and got a overcooked regular square pizza . So hard the children couldn’t eat it . And I gave them a 5 dollar tip gor carryout. So disappointed I will not be returning to this location.

Don’t go here! They will say 40 min delivery… after an hour I call. They say sorry… the bot doesn’t update when we are backed up. Your pizza is still in the oven. WTA!?horrible customer service. Never again! If it would have said 1.5 hours… I would be more forgiving.

Food was horrible! No sauce on the pizza! Staff nickel and dimed me on every sauce. My anti-pasta salad was disgusting only had lettuce and olives. By far worst jets I’ve ever been too and way overpriced compared to other jets. DRIVE A MILE DOWN THE ROAD!!
