I ordered inside and they were extremely busy. Despite that they were very fast and very nice! Made it exactly as I asked and we chatted while we waited for the sandwiches to toast. The lady manager was very efficient and communicative to her newer people it seemed. Great experience!

My order number was 469346 and the lady that took my order didn’t know anything that I was saying ( I come to this location often and know how to order my sandwich and the questions they ask). I asked her multiple times to toast my sandwich as I am pregnant and it’s dangerous to eat uncooked meat. Luckily was already going to cook it more when I got home but not being cooked at all is unacceptable. I neglected to ask the young man his name but he’s the recent new hire that was on the clock at about 6:15p on 08/19/2025. He was at the server line when I walked in and was ready to take my order. He was very polite and patient with himself with remembering the process of making orders. He made sure both my sandwiches were neat before cutting them and wrapping them up. I dont mean to embarrass him or anything but you have yourselves a young man who’s eager to work and learn to better familiarize himself with your processes. It was refreshing to walk in and see him take his job serious. Thank you!

I placed an order online. I ordered one foot long and one 6 inch. The foot long was assembled as ordered, but the bread was very hard and difficult to eat. It was so hard that my husband did not eat the 2nd half of the foot long. The 6 inch was NOT made to order. The bread was white instead of multi-grain and it was lacking onions.
Of course I noticed this as soon as I got home, but we were starving and chose to eat what we’d been given. I called the store afterwards to report this and was told “since the item is ‘gone,’ there is nothing we can do. We could have remade it for you.” I understand, but I don’t understand. So, I’m to drive all the way back to the restaurant-regardless of where I might possibly live in relation to the restaurant, or without consideration that maybe I popped in during my lunch break to pick up what was ordered online / to simply have them do their job the CORRECT way?!? Even an offer of a free cookie during my next visit would have been an effort.
I will not be returning to this location again. Paying $10+ for a sandwich is already robbery, but when services (online ordering) are offered for convenience, it’s extremely INCONVENIENT AND A HIGH PRICE to pay for a mediocre meal.
Like many others have said, this location is full of children – not an adult in sight to fix the lack of proper customer service provided.

Just got the worst tuna sandwich. Hard as a rock bread, not sure what kind had seeds. I ordered white. Mayo all over the place. Couldn’t eat the way it was made. Had to remake with bread I had at home. Ordered sandwich at drive thru.

Had to repeat my order to the lady about 400 times and even after paying they asked me again what i ordered and she didnt fill up our large drinks which had a load of space left. First time here, never coming back

I hate cucumbers on my sandwich I asked for no cucumbers but now I’m picking them off my sandwich after biting into one. That overfilled my drink to the point it was pouring out the top but didn’t give me napkins thankfully I was still at the window and asked for napkins

Do not use their drive-through. Wrong items on sandwich, charged for a 12 inch and given a 6, not given the juice in my kids meal, reminding them to give me the drinks I purchased, I have never had an order handed to me and it was correct.
