I rarely write a One Star review, but it is deserved for this “sandwich shop”. I stopped in at 10:30 am to get a foot long tuna sub. The nice employee took my order and went to make my sandwich. Shortly after, the manager put up a sign (photo attached) that says “Drive through closed, come inside”. I waited awhile and the employee brought my sandwich to the window. I explained that people with mobility issues like I have are unable to walk inside and stand for long times. I was informed that closing the drive through is common at the store if there are a lot of customers inside. To make matters worse….. I got the wrong sandwich brought to me. Find a different Subway.

I have ordered on the app 2 different times now and picked up my order the first time and left and found out it wasn’t even my sandwich in the bag. Second time I just walk in to pick up my sandwich and I get a bowl in a bag. Then I have to wait 10 mins to have my sandwich made and they only offer me what I already paid for besides some cookies which I dont even eat cookies. What’s the point in having the app to pick up if you still have to wait and waste more time anyways

Each time I’ve visited this location they’ve always had plenty of help behind the counter. That’s great, because they get some long lines! I think the word is out that this is the location to go to.

I always get different sandwiches and I’m never disappointed. The servers are friendly, prompt, and thorough. I appreciate the way they accommodate my “need” to have mayo on the bread first (I know, it’s not the way they do things, but they do it for me). I appreciate getting good value for my money and I get it here.

The tables and floors are generally very clean; maybe a crumb or two here or there, but nothing messy or trashy. Even the soda fountain works well and the Coke tastes like Coke (not watered down “cola”). A+!

Came in to pick up a order and the workers was outside I waited 7 min with them giggling and smoking before I finally went outside to ask for help and they both came in laughing with attitude and I said I had a pick up they said oh it’s not ready we ain’t even printed them out yet and this was at 4;55 and the order was to be picked up at 4:56 pm I will never come to this subway again ever!!!!!

This is the most terrible service I have ever had. They will not answer the phone. The drive through is always closed. When you go in they don’t even want to get off of their phone long enough to take your order.i will go to the store across town from now on.

My mother and I frequent this location whenever I’m home. This place used to be very good but now is doing quite poorly, which can be attributed to management.
There were only two employees present tonight, high school boys. They did an exceptional job with taking orders and the sandwich making. While they were making our orders I noticed that there are several ring cameras throughout the front of house. Four cameras in total, the light constantly indicating that they were being watched remotely. The light from these cameras were obnoxious. Where is their manager, why are they being watched so closely? Why does the environment feel so unsafe?
The dining area was also closed off (Chairs on top of tables) and the drive thru was “closed temporarily” (it’s always closed).
Hostile atmosphere, the workers seemed very uncomfortable.

Needs better management. Hostile atmosphere.

Great subs and reasonable priced and the staff is ok. They are located on hwy. 31 south between Sonic and cricket wireless. They are awesome and friendly and reasonable price, THEY ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.6

Yesterday on my lunch break I came in to order a 6-inch turkey sandwich. I used to work at a Subway and therefore know how things are supposed to be done at this franchise. I was thoroughly disappointed.
When I walked in I was not greeted, nor even smiled at. Each of the four employees just glanced at me. After a few minutes of standing there in silence (waiting for my order to be taken) I just told them what I wanted and no one was quick to answer. Then the manager goes on to complain about how nothing on the line or in the fridge was dated. I didn’t think much of it because I assumed it had been rotated.
The person serving me was slow and seemed a bit out of it. The next customer walked in and things got worse. Another employee prioritized dishes over serving a customer. The manager quickly corrected her but it wasn’t very professional.
After finally getting my sandwich I was in a state of amazement of how bad the customer service was. I hardly EVER write a review, and have never rated one star so I hope this isn’t taken lightly. The facility was not clean, the employees were not professional nor ready, and the cherry on top is that I have food poisoning. (I am assuming the food on the line that was not dated had gone bad.)
I will not be back to this location. I hope things improve and that someone takes notice of whatever may be necessary to fix their wrongs.
