Today me n my family wanted subway and I agreed because I remembered I had been sent coupons in the mail by subway and a few other fast food places. We stopped by the five points location in Birmingham and just as soon as we stepped in a young lady with so much rudeness stopped us and said WE DONT TAKE COUPONS!!!! I WAS SENT THESE COUPONS FOR PLACES IN MY AREA. MY QUESTION IS WHY SEND COUPONS OUT TO LOCAL HOMES IF THEY CAN’T BE USED BASICALLY USELESS IN MY AREA. SO IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED SUBWAY COUPONS IN THE FIVE POINTS AREA FOR SUBWAY THERE USELESS . I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND USEING THIS LOCATION DUE TO OUR EXPERIENCE. AS FAR AS A CLEAN LOCATION THIS ISN’T IT. I NOTICED THERE WAS A GREASE LIKE SUBSTANCE ON ALL WINDOWS. THE STORE WAS absolutely so dirty I wouldn’t eat here even if they used COUPONS…. The only thing that I was impressed with was another young lady spoke very loudly with a hey how are yall. The staff didn’t even ask us anything about what we would like to order it was a sharp loud rude WE DONT TAKE COUPONS. I rate my visits according to service food price cleanliness n this place had absolutely none of the above. Sorry it’s a absolutely NO for the subway location in five points area.

Been going there for years! The past 3 visits since August, subs suck. No more. Bread looked like it was molding & hard as concrete. Never going again. How can you kill a subway sandwich! Spicy Italian BMT…Today 3:00pm. You know you made a sorry sub!

The people who are working there do not speak English very well. They are very impatient and their persona will make you think they have an actual attitude with you.
Because of the misunderstanding, I had to spend extra money for an additional sandwich that he wanted to argue with me about before he can complete it

I hate writing bad reviews, but I feel like I have to for this location. The food was mediocre, and while the person helping seemed new, so I won’t hold that against them, what really bothered me was when the food fell off the paper into the toaster. Instead of making a new one, they just put it back like nothing happened. The only decent part was the atmosphere, but even that wasn’t great. To top it off, they rang up the drink after I had already paid, so I ended up paying more. If you need something quick, this place might work, but otherwise, I’d recommend staying away.

Typical Subway. Service is fast and impersonal. Better for take away because this location is small and not meant for dine in. They always get my order correct.
Update – still my favorite Subway because they are lightning fast. And accurate. My only issue is that a footlong means a foot. Twelve inches. Not 10.5 inches. Call it a large or a grande or a deluxe instead, but they are not a foot long.

Me and 2 of my friends made an online order for 12:05 P.M. and we did not get our food until 12:23 P.M. It was just sitting there so therefore our food was cold. We did the online deal for a combo that includes a drink but upon trying to leave the store we were stopped by the older guy for him to check our bags and our cups to see if we were stealing. In my opinion, if you wanted to be sure we had the correct things, someone should have been at the register handling that and everything should have been together!! The sandwich was also very much thrown together and very very cold!! If I could give this experience an 0/10 I would. Never coming back to this location!!

Middle eastern guy was talking on his IPod the entire time he was making my sandwich. I had to repeat my order several times because he wasn’t listening to me and then he got upset with me. He put small pieces of ripped apart ham and turkey on my club and didn’t put double cheese. Then he put my bacon in the microwave for 5 seconds before putting it on my sandwich. I told him never mind and walked out without my order. He had a terrible attitude. This was Saturday 11/16/2024 at 2:05 pm.

I ordered through the mobile app. The order I picked up from the store was Significantly messed up. I was not able to go back to the store due To time constraints. I reached out to the store, and the franchisee reached back out to me. Instead of offering to make anything right, he just acknowledged what happened. Mistakes happen, But there must be some sort of rectification other than an “oh well” .
