I love ordering online and going through the drive through. Yesterday morning I pulled up and the girl on the intercom Did not sound like she wanted to be there. And then my iced matcha was half foam. And the cashier said it looks right to me.

I’m so done with this place. The last few times I have been there they have had the dining room area closed. I have always preferred to go in as opposed to use the drive through of a restaurant. That way I can keep an eye on everything. If the doors are closed they lost a customer. Sorry, but I have had it with the short staffed excuse. Maybe when all the restaurants close for good and there are no more jobs for unskilled people, perhaps then they will really have something to actually whine about. I guess from now on I’ll just start making coffee and something to eat home. I don’t really know why I would want to pay the wages of people who don’t care about their job anyway.

90% of the time the line is too long. 20-30 minutes is too long to wait when we also have jobs to get to. DD doesn’t accept when an employee is late…….. They shouldn’t accept making their customers late either. Especially when we leave to have the time to stop and get breakfast. Corporate and franchise owners need to hire more people and stop being stingy with labor/hours they provide their employees.

Ordered 3 regular cream filled and 3 Boston cream filled at drive through. Time of day was around 2:00. Staff was very nice. Got home to find all of them were Boston cream and I think were yesterdays (definitely not fresh). Disappointed ☹️

Mobile order, to be picked up inside so I didn’t have to wait in the drive-thru line still took 17min to be made. They didn’t call the order out when it was done or put it in the “mobile order” spot, they left it on the counter and left to make the next order. I grabbed the ticket, confirmed it was mine and took it. Drinks were made correctly but the time it took was unreasonable.
