I wasted my money. They burned my bread, I wanted a veggie sandwich & had to ask them to put on new gloves after they touched roast beef, touching everything in the back while keeping gloves on & coming back to fix your sandwich with the same gloves, the older women were angry the younger new girl was so kind & sweet. Just attitude, don’t want to be there, under paid I assume, tired, overworked. I’m not going back.

I’m at the UAB on the corner of 11th Ave South. This young lady has knocked out about 12 sandwiches in 10 minutes, by herself. Great attitude and she genuinely seems to enjoy her job. Give this woman a raise!

I’m not a new customer to this location. I go this location often throughout the week because I work nearby and always like to grab a sandwich before heading home usually early in the evening. The customer service from the employees are always nice and pleasant. There is ONE employee ( tall, heavy set, African-American woman with dreadlocs), that I have witnessed being extremely rude to multiple customers, even to the point of cursing and yelling. She has also been rude to me when I asked for the code to use the restrooms when I informed her that I would be purchasing food but that I want to visit the restroom first. Who is the store manager?? Does he/she not know about the poor customer service and nastiness that takes place here? Please hire employees that enjoy their job and coming to work daily. Currently searching for a better location nearby…

My experience here was disheartening. I went in and was stared at by the woman working here and wasn’t greeted, so I greeted her myself. She waited until I got all the way up to the counter to tell me that she hadn’t eaten all day and that the store was closed (it wasn’t) and that she was taking a break. I didn’t know how to respond, but she proceeded to tell me that she was going to make my sandwich and be done because she couldn’t care less about making it. I told her not to worry about the sandwich and I simply left with nothing.

Absolutely rude employees (3 ladies)! Showed us attitude when we went in and were throwing vegetables on the sandwich. Didn’t make the sandwich as needed. When we asked for a refund, they refused and said we do a remake. DO NOT GO THERE! WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY!!!

My wife went in and asked to use the restroom and they refused to let her use the restroom. I’m pretty sure that’s against the law for a restraint to refuse someone to use the restroom.
