Pizza Palace in Sterling is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been going there for more than 13 years, and it’s truly one of the best family-owned businesses around. The food is always delicious and freshly made — you can taste the quality in every bite. The owner consistently provides amazing service and makes every visit feel welcoming. Their prices and deals are great, and they always deliver on time, which is especially important when ordering for family parties often. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great peruvian chicken or pizza and excellent service!

A few days ago I was in the area, hungry so I went in to get a slice of pizza but I was told they don’t sell pizza by the slice. I bought a small one and it took them 40 minutes and the pizza was horrible with very little sauce and almost no cheese, when I showed the lady she said, rudely, this is how we make it. Well never again I’m going there. Not recommended at all.

I asked for an Inca cola can and she charged me for it. When I picked up the food she didn’t have any Inca cola cans and told me to grab a replacement instead. So I overpaid for a can of regular soda. She sold me something she doesn’t have. Also she declines selling to people when you leave a review.

I used love Pizza Palace, especially for the chicken & pizza combo and the price was great. Now, they still have the chicken & pizza combo but they are not giving you any discount they are charging you full price. When you check the menu online it’s $35.99 and when you get to the store it’s $48. They don’t even acknowledge what their website says. All they said to me was “I’m sorry that’s the price” I’m an existing customer but I will stop going here.

I ordered the steak and cheese sub and it was delicious! You don’t get just a little sprinkling of meat and dressings– it’s a nice size for the price and fills your right up. Forget Subway. Service was prompt and the cashier was very friendly. I’m really glad to have found out about this little place and I will definitely be going back.

The Peruvian chicken actually was pretty good. There are a limited number of sides that come with it however. I got a salad and some beans. Both were also very good. I have not tried pizza or sandwiches from this restaurant, so I have no idea how to rate these items. Also, I did not get my credit card back when paying and had to come back for it the next day after having a minor panic attack. I would still probably try this place again.

Gave it a shot on a weekday for lunch via the GrubHub coupon for 25% off your first meal. We ordered several sides to see what we might like on future orders. The garlic bread was probably the worst looking garlic bread I’ve ever seen. You open some crumpled foil to find half of a stale french loaf with some garlic salt sprinkled on it. The cheese bread looked and tasted good. The cheese fries are acceptable, but nothing to write home about. Because it was a good price, we threw a double cheeseburger into the order. Despite specific instructions added to have it plain, it came drenched in mayonnaise. I have literally never seen so much mayo on a burger.
All things considered, we won’t order from here again. The restaurant screams complacency. It’s an establishment that technically qualifies as a restaurant but would never make an effort to be decent.

I get chicken Philly sub here usually – good quality and taste , haven’t tried other items on the menu- hooked on this one only – cost wise good too – $15 with fries .
