I frequent Subway and therefore had a free footlong. Apparently they didn’t like me having a free sandwich reward because they hardly put any meat on the sandwich. My friend and I shared a footlong and each half had one piece of ham and one piece of turkey. I complained on the subway app. To my surprise I received a text on my cell phone from the franchise order along with videos he claims show how much meat he put on my sandwich and calling me a liar. He told me never to come back to is store. All because I was unhappy with subpar sandwich. He took this way too far and way too serious. He said he has never had a review like mine before. Well bud this review section would say otherwise. Maybe take some constructive criticism. He made a decision to give me virtually no meat to save a few cents and got caught being a crappy restaurant owner.

I’ve not experienced such blatant discrimination in a long while.
I walk in and go straight to the ordering line where I’m the only one standing waiting to be served.
A gentleman seems to be busy but there’s a girl – employee who isn’t busy but she doesn’t seem too concerned with me standing in line waiting.
As I wait to order, three white girls (potential customers) walk in.
The lady (employee/worker) walk from behind the counter toward the girls and asks whether they had ordered.
She quickly realizes they are just walk-in that needed to order from the counter.
Seeing that she couldn’t take their orders before me suddenly she ‘noticed’ me standing there and asks her coworker whether I had ordered…
She literally SAW me walk in along with the girls right behind me. She saw no one had attended to me.
She chose to ignore me. That’s the textbook definition of discrimination.
Shame on this franchise.

Went to eat but was waiting on my son. Went to the restroom and was informed that the bathrooms were for customers only. I will not spend a dime there. Theyre rude and unfriendly. And the food is subpar along with the service….

They don’t honor the coupons in that they add more limitations to what sandwiches you can buy with a coupon. No other store does this. The guy taking our order couldn’t understand a single thing we said until it came time to order our sandwich that wasn’t allowed which was a Club. Completely ridiculous. We will never return there. I will drive to Pell City, Eastaboga or Oxford before I return there. Horrible Store.

This subway is by far the WORST subway I have ever been to. The workers are very rude, they don’t even greet you when you walk in. Also when I got my drink cup it was dirty and so was the lid. When I asked for them to be replaced the lady rolled her eyes and looked in the cup, then threw it hard in the trash and gave me a new cup and asked “is this better” in a sarcastic tone. I will not be back to this place ever. Don’t waste your time going if you want good service. -100/10

If I could give no stars I would! The man was super rude when I asked him to cut me a fresh piece of bread, he literally said nothing was wrong with the already cut bread and said he didnt care what I wanted and refused to do it! So I left…Go to the one on 22 they are not rude like that and will fix your sandwich like you ask them.

Lady had no idea what she was doing and the man acted like it was a hassel to do anything. I asked for light on the sauce for a meatball sub, the man put extra sauce! Drink machine is down so the only choice is a dwindling selection of bottle drinks. Will not be back.
