The new man and woman they have her now are very rude! They have an ugly attitude. We won’t be back until they have new people in there. The other husband and wife they had before was amazing and super friendly. Bring them back! We have coupons. They will not honor them. It says no snack, no fresh fit, no the beast, no garlic roast beef or no 5 meat Italian. We get there and they said oh no chicken or steak either. Ordered two subway club salads. Usually these are nice hefty salads, good value for the money. The bowls were half way full and we got a tablespoon of dressing each. $24 dollars for basically two side salads. Will not be back to this location.

Ordered online like I always do. The sandwich I always get didn’t taste the same. I don’t when believe it was heated. The bacon was rubber normally its great. I also order a large drink. When I get there the guy said the do have large anymore. They keep the large drinks behind the counter and you can clearly see the large cups. Then I went to full up the cup with sweet tea and the sticker they had on it showed out of date. I know 1 day but just shows they don’t care about dates.

The sandwiches are fairly decent, but they tend to put the mayo in one spot or have too much on one half and not enough on the other. One of the subs we get we always get with double meat and extra cheese, but the last two times they didn’t do either. I pay extra for those, so I expect to get what I ordered! We’ve also had issues with not getting all the cookies we order, if any, which is awful because we really love those cookies. It’s not all Subways that we have this issue with, just the one on Martin St N in Pell City. Please please please do better y’all!

Two days in row. They messed our sandwiches up. Doordash brought nothing but bread and lettuce the first day. It was suppose to be the Vegetarian Patty. Then tonight, ordered a Philly and Cheese. Asked for Lettuce, Onion and Peppercorn Ranch. Again, nothing but lettuce and meat. We won’t be back.

This is supposed to be a place where you can build your own sandwich and once my sister went up to the counter to start building her sandwich they denied her the bread she wanted to use and made her choose an alternative. They did not listen to anything she said about what she wanted on it and she is allergic to tomatoes and they still put it on there after she specifically said not to. The workers are extremely lazy and 3 of them stood around the entire time. After we made our sandwiches they charged EXTRA for pickles when my brother asked for them because they decided to only put on 3 pickles. They charged us a dollar 50 for extra pickles. Absolutely ridiculous place and lazy staff and very rude!
