Closed at 815pm on February 2. Business hours stated on sign as 9am to 9pm (see photo). The employees present said if they close at 9pm, they will have to stay later to close the store. Owner needs a long talk with his or her manager.

Went in with a coupon today and the, whatever the man was, very rude. He deliberately did not give us the bread we wanted. First time to go in there and it will be the last. Don’t waste your time!! It was not the good quality other Subways offer in the food. Lettuce was turning and all the veggies looked like it had been there for a long time!! Food poison specials!!

The owner got mad and started yelling at me when I told him my sandwich wasn’t made to order. It’s amazing that he’ll charge you $14+ and then intentionally short you on things like double meat, which is like $3.50 extra. But instead of making it right he just throws a fit like a child and yells at you and tells you your wrong.

First time in this location I was not overly happy with my order I ordered about the same thing and my total was about 5 dollars more than at other stores I couldn’t check my receipt because I didn’t get one I knew it should be a little but more cause I added extra cheese anyway. It’s getting hard to find a subway that’s good anymore my chicken was cold and cheese wasn’t even warm so I came home apologized for the food (I bought 3 protein bowl ) the only one that had any meat to speak of was the steak and I had upgraded it to a deluxe I may not go back there , still looking for a place to shop

Trust me as someone who worked here for several months I would suggest you go to literally any other subway. Our health score was so low for half of the time I worked there we didn’t even have it up on the wall, and when we did have it finally put up on the wall it was an outdated one with a higher score than we were actually given. The late night crew was notorious for not putting things away, so many times the meats and veggies wouldn’t be put up at night and we would come in with them on the line. But the place and food being gross isn’t the only problem, the manger was always VERY strict about putting 3 vegetables per 6 inch, so if you still insist on going I would be prepared to not get much on your sandwich unless you want to pay extra lol.

Well Im giving a 3 because I had just got a terrible sandwich and customer service on 7/18/22 all my toppings were waste off and she still wrapped it like it was nothing. And I know she knew cause she hid it while wrapping the sandwich so I couldn’t see it!
I called repeatedly no answer. So I came back today and asked for management but they weren’t there so I told the young man what happened and he actually fixed me a perfect sub. No he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience but he did replace my food.

The staff were alright but my main gripe is the price of the food, especially with the portion sizes they give you which makes you pay extra if you want a reasonable about of meat, cheese or even yes vegetables!!! The manger of the restaurant told me herself that they put three of each vegetable per six inch. this is ridiculous when their vegetables are all very small. I would suggest you go to another subway if you want to actually taste your sandwich.
