I’m going to try and make this as short as possible but I want to get our experience out.
We haven’t had Brother’s in over a year and since it was my husband’s birthday, I wanted to do something different than fast food. I ordered online for delivery. I put the delivery time to 5:15pm since my husband gets off work later. It said estimated delivery was 5:15pm so it was fine if it showed up around 5pm. Food was delivered at 4:30pm. Im not sure who bagged it but the hot stuffed shells were in the same bag as the cold salads. A cold side salad was in the bag with the warm kids meal. The food itself wasn’t that great either. We got a chicken tenders with fries kids meal, two salads and stuffed shells. The fries were not fresh. They were cold and chewy. The stuffed shells cheese on top was rubbery. The bread we got was a little over toasted but that wasn’t a big deal. The salads were pretty good. Overall, very disappointed.

Paid 47.50 for 2 strombolis, at 5.55pm note. I live 15 to 20 minutes away, assuming it takes 20 minutes to make strombolis we still got it at 7.22 pm and they forgot the drink I ordered, stromboli was not even 6 inch thick 10/10 recommend mamas pizza in new bloomfield Pennsylvania. Their strombolis are better quality

Ordered a dozen of mild buffalo wings, cheese steak stromboli, and a cheese pizza and everything was top notch. The wings are some of the best I’ve had. Stromboli was well above average too. Will visit again very good food and nice people!

I am disappointed in this shop lately. It took over an hour to get 2 subs delivered. I ordered sausage pharm sub and got a onion pepper and cheese sub, no sausage or sauce.

When they got bought out and put under nee ownership, the quality absorbed DROPPED. They never use fresh ingredients anymore, and the food has always come out cold or they’ve messed up our order. This is why I haven’t had food from here since 2023.

I keep checking the box to leave the food at my door, and I include a note to not knock on the door or ring the doorbell. Every single time, they knock on the door and wait for me to get my order. I’m so close to not getting from this place again, but they’re the only pizza shop that has delivery near me. If you order a wrap or a sub, they don’t put all the ingredients on it. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap, and all that came on it was: cheese, broccoli, chicken, and lettuce. No ranch or bacon was added, and I paid to have them on. Not too sure what it is with them not following directions, but I’m really over it.
