Come in the evening 1-2 hours before close and count on having one of the worst customer service experiences you’ve had in life. I’ve experienced this on numerous occasions and I extended some long suffering, but today was the straw the broke the camel’s back. 1 hour before close-no staff ins ight until a couple minutes after a loud HELLO….and the young lady that came out acted as if it was a problem that I came to place an order. No bread left and she had put the meatballs up which is what I came to purchase. Everything was covered to give the illusion that they were closed.

I wanted a Philly cheese on flatbread. The server said no philly steak it’s frozen in the box. I said how long has it been frozen. I was told for 2 days I can show it to you. I said no that’s ok. I ended up getting a ham/cheese on Italian bread with mayo. I was so disappointed. I won’t go back to that Subway again.
