Paul did an excellent job!!
He was the definition of multi tasking, taking online orders and helping us and the line that came in after us. Between the drivers coming to pick up orders, our party of 4, and another party of 5….it was a revolving door of customers. He took it all with patience and enthusiasm. I am incredibly impressed with him and the way he took care of everyone and got all of the orders on point.
Have patience with these workers, they are working and most of the time solo.

I eat at Subway a lot. I always have the same thing for breakfast. A 12 inch bacon egg and cheese sandwich on flatbread. I also get double bacon on both sides. Every Subway charges me $2 for the extra bacon including this Subway. This Subway however decided to start charging me $4 for the extra bacon the last 2 times i went there. I ask the lady how much the extra bacon was and she said $4. I have all of my receipts to show this. I went to the other Subway in town and sure enough they said the carge for the extra bacon was $2. $1 per side (6 inch). I never add a tip for them doing their job so I guess this is how they want to charge a “tip”. I don’t know but I will never go back to this Subway. I sure hope you needed that extra $4. It is not about the money. It is the principle. I can’t believe you think I am that stupid to not notice or care. It is just one less customer you have to deal with.

My wife and I went to Subway We ordered 2 meatball subs very little sauce this is what we received. We asked the Subway girl To replace the bread because of all the sauce she said that they will charge us for the bread WOW I told her that we ask for a little Sauce When we ordered the subs she replied she didn’t make It with an attitude and refused to replace the bread I really think people like that should not be in customer service VERY DISSAYTISIED By the way Couldn’t finish the sub the bread was too soggy

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First off the women that work there complain about having a job, if you don’t like your job then quit. People not out here to be treated nasty when you making a sandwich and you’re angry about it. These people that come to your store are directly funding your employment. I get it sometimes you’ll have a rude or difficult customer but I’ve come to this place like 15+ times and both ladies are annoyed and angry literally all the time. That’s inexcusable. The ingredients for the sandwich also look stale. I would just avoid this place as the food and service are subpar, even for a sandwich. I’ll be taking my business to Publix, Firehouse or Jersey Mike’s. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this location. They just don’t care and it shows. Stop being so angry all the time, it’s not a healthy way to live.

Okay seriously every damn time I ordered from this place my order is wrong!! I can’t help where the app picks for delivery but twice now delivery has come from here and it’s been wrong. Wrong chips and there was subkrunch on my sub??? No mayo, none of condiments I asked were on my sandwich.

The last time I picked up was MONTHS ago and I was met with rudeness and picked up my tuna sub and it was horribly made. This subway is the closest to the house but I’d much rather drive further away where they make my sandwich right everytime

Went in the other night to get me and my wife subs. I was almost immediately greeted with attitude and the employee working, Austyn, was also not wearing a hat or hair net… GROSS. The store was completely filthy and the veggies had looked like they were sitting out all day. I have gone to this location for years and have never had any issues up until the last few months. What happened to the tall guy with glasses or the tall guy with curly hair? It seems like these new people either weren’t trained properly or they just don’t want to work. Shame on management, such a nice location getting run into the ground. Looks like pub subs and firehouse from now on.

The most disgusting Subway Ive ever been in. Been there twice, won’t go back. Place is always dirty, food looks terrible, this last time the service sneezed into her hand and then proceeded to grab ingredients and touch food without washing her hands before grabbing the food. The Subway a couple miles wedt on 192 is way better.

Placed mobile order at 6:22pm. Came to store @6:30. Was told there is no order. Was ignored until I pressed the employee to please look at my receipt. The address matches. The employee said I can get a refund online, not from them. I don’t want a refund, I wanted my $45 of food, please. No one apologized or offered me anything other than “we didn’t get the order, we’re not making you free food, you can get a refund.” If I need a refund it’s not free. The manager Renee wasn’t on duty and was not helpful over the phone. No one offered any help whatsoever or to make my food. I’ve never experienced customer service so terrible. I understand that you didn’t get my order, but I’m still hungry, so please help me make it right. They wanted me to leave instead. I won’t be back until there’s different management. Steer clear.
