Have tried this location 3 times and each time they have been out of numerous basic items: napkins, veggies, meatballs, chips!!! All the basic items that the entire concept of this sandwich place is based on. How hard can it possibly be to manage inventory of a Subway!

I don’t post reviews often but the service and rude behavior of the manager at this location is something I’ve rarely experienced before. And it wasn’t the first time I’ve had this experienced at this location. First of all they were out of the roll I wanted and had only 2 different rolls available. When I wanted more of one ingredient on my sandwich instead of giving me a little more the manager refused me service and had the sandwich thrown in the garbage. Just doesn’t make sense. It’s easy to understand why this Subway location gets so many one star reviews.

Poor Attitude! We ordered two subs online including a steak sub without green peppers. We arrived while it was being made and saw she was putting green peppers on it. When we said “no peppers” she said that it was how they come and with an attitude. We told her that we didn’t want the peppers. Another lady came out and pointed out to her that the order was for no peppers. She then let us know she was angry when she gave us our order with more “attitude”. This person should not be dealing with the public!

Ordered 6 sandwiches online. Scheduled it for 1 hour later. Went smoothly. Arrived & saw nothing on the shelf. Asked manager about our order. She said 2 others ordered online but they never received anything. She said computers are messing up. Asked if I had the correct address. She had to check info on register to see her address???? Luckily a young man behind the counter showed the manager her mistake. Now all of a sudden they do have our order & it will be ready in 10 minutes. I am curious what happened to the 2 unlucky customers who did not get their orders. DONE WITH SUBWAY. JIMMY John’s here I come.

I don’t go often but when I do there’s usually a soccer mom in front of me with special orders for 10 people. This time I was the 3rd person behind the soccer mom. Only took 14 mins. Considering the nightmare order they took on the fly I was satisfied with how long it took. One of these days I’ll get there before the crowd. Food was as good as any Subway I’ve been to so all around decent sandwich.

I just left this place. Pick up my order, I did online and it’s nothing what I ordered. Chicken and bacon ranch protein bowel. Nothing but chicken and cheese with ranch. Where is the lettuces? No bacon or pickles. This is unbelievable. Never had a problem with this place until today. Please do better next time.

So, where to start??? I have to wait for call in orders before I can get an order going and my money is right in front of them… They said they ain’t allowed to have a microwave to heat food but every subway I have ever been in microwaves my sandwich. “Toasted or heated”…. Sandwiches taste the same as any subway sandwich, just cold…. A few of the “sandwich artists are friendly and very helpful” , don’t be stingy with the olives…
