Ordered online and the person made a massive mistakes on my order (which happens!) so I went and politely explained what was wrong with my order. But the lady at the counter named Jammie! started saying that it was my order and that nothing was wrong with it! It then pointed out the key complaints I had with the sub (had cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach and the bread was not toasted on it!) and then she finally (after minutes of arguing) remade the sandwich. The when she finally gave me the sandwich it was the same sandwich she just had made… I then got upset again and told her it was the same exact sandwich she had just made! She than started to yell at me saying it was the correct order which it wasn’t… horrible service from Jammie and I hated that sandwich!

This place has terrible reviews, but I’ll be honest everytime I’ve been to this location the food has been great. Workers are always nice and fast & accurate at making online orders for pickup, which I personally appreciate. Honestly have no faults, the place is also always clean too.

We had a terrible experience at this Subway! We ordered online, and upon pick up were told they were out of “almost everything,” including lettuce. No refund was offered at the time, and no refund has been given after I contacted management. Our sandwhiches were terrible(see photo). I understand that things happen, but canceling my order & refunding would have been the right thing to do here.

The worst subway ever! They don’t make your food if you order over door dash. They will make you wait forever and still don’t make the order. If you call to figure out why or what happened they hang up on you and cancel your order after 2 hours of waiting.

I visited this Subway today because it’s the closest one to the parks, but unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing. As soon as I walked in, the vibe felt off. The lady working there seemed like she was in a bad mood and didn’t acknowledge me in a friendly way.
When I went to order, she already had my sandwich out but then walked away to do something else, leaving me waiting. When I asked for onions on my sandwich, she cut them with her hands,. I politely asked for more, and she told me she could only give me six onions—yes, six. I told her I’d never had that issue at any other Subway before, and she claimed it was Subway’s rule.
I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews, but this location really left a bad impression. The service was unfriendly, and the way things were handled was just not okay. I won’t be coming back.

I work at a hospital and I placed my order online so I can pick up my sandwich and go work. I came to the store and the store was busy with only one employee working and my order was done incorrectly and I had to wait another 15 mins to get my sandwich so ended up being late for work. Really bad experience and I won’t use that location anymore!!!!
