I do not normally go to this one and im so happy it was just one time to make that a final imprint.
Walked in….no one greeted and there was one person cleaning the bathroom area and another making I believe an “online order”. I am ok with waiting and being patient but when you look at someone who walked in and not say anything at all knowimg they are there to get an order definitely not a great start to my experience……first strike.
I asked if they had tuna fish (was getting a sub for my brother since I was in a time crunch and could not make it to my preferred Subway), guy looked at me and just said fish I repeated and said do you have tuna fish and he said yes and continued with doing the order he was doing…..second strike.
I waited to see how long it would be to get noticed or talked to, 3 minutes…..5 minutes……7 minutes…..once I had 10 minutes waiting I asked the same guy if there was some one else who can take my order because I really did not have the time to keep waiting, and guess what his response was…..nothing at all! Third strike!!!
A couple minutes after that the second person came and attended me for my order, this is beyond frustrating because I tend to give places multiple opportunities for their mistakes but once I hit 3 strikes in one visit I just do not see it happening ever again.
Sorry for long review, I am not the type to just write bad reviews for attention, but when I get my last patience run out I just do it for the honesty of who could definitely go elsewhere for a much better customer service vibe for your transaction!

I’ve given this location more chances than I care to admit, but I’m finally done. Today I picked up my 6in sub and half of it way empty. I asked for light mayo and it was completely drenched. I asked for red onions, nowhere to be found. On top of this my sandwich was cold, definitely not toasted. They don’t deserve anyone’s business if they can’t make a sandwich correctly or do something as simple as read the instructions when someone orders ahead.

I’m sorry to have to write this, but like others, I’ve given this location TOO MANY chances and it has consistently hit or miss, and today was a big miss. Note: the lady who wears the fun headbands is ALWAYS professional, kind and attentive, this review is NOT about her, but some of the others who can’t even be bothered to answer a question like “What meat is on the cold cut trio?” (The person looked at me like I was crazy, held up the pre stacked meat, and said “This. I don’t know what it is.”). I’m done. Great new menu items, no one to support the one person who cares.

Don’t you dare misplace your order! The guy at the counter wont help you cancel nor remake your order. He will instead tellyou that it is not their fault and do absolutely nothing about it. Is not your fault but you could help make it right at least!
And I asked myself why I’ve been coming in less and less to this place to grab my lunch.
And the other location’s phone number doesn’t even work for me to cancel my order!

I don’t really know who hired this main front lady but she is really slow and you feel quite ignored. They are never prepped and last time she talked on her watch and phone while fixing my order. I gave her two chances but now I’m posting this.

Piss poor Customer Service. Not acknowledging me when I enter isn’t a deal breaker until I hear you acknowledging others. Chris made me wait while he did who knows what (I’m going to guess preparing an online order since no one was in the store when I arrived) and when his colleague came to help me, he jumped to help the person after me. Maybe because she was 1/2 dressed or maybe because he was rude. He caused the person helping me to pick up my food and walk it around because he was in the way. Not very sanitary! When I brought up my concern, I didn’t receive any reply. In addition, the temperature for the toppings (including tomato and bacon) was too cold. There was frost on the container and the food. This is the first and last time I’ll give my $ to this location. Too many other options. Don’t recommend this place at all! Go elsewhere.

So I originally gave 1 star because I had a bad experience with mustard on a Buffalo chicken sandwich due to me just being stressed out. And placed a complaint with subway themselves. Afterwards I was taking care of properly and was able to get my order redone correctly which is all I asked for. So I wanna thank Mr Bowen for being understanding. He’s the reason my review went from 1 star to 5 stars. Truly wish this man the best

This Subway sucks. I’ve been a couple times because they have 4/5 reviews, but I have no idea why. Like today, I placed an online order for a Spicy Italian with pickles, light mayo, and veggies. When I got home and opened it up, it was an Italian BMT with no pickles, EXTRA mayo, and veggies. The bread was low-quality too – probably frozen based on the taste. Just not worth the money for such low standards. Could literally make a better sandwich at home.
