This Subway off of Highway 50 in Clermont has been there for many years. For decades, service has been reliable, and the food is consistently good. Earlier this year, Subway rolled out a new menu. If you haven’t stopped by in a while, try it out to see their new options.

I made two orders and waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes until the app said that they were finished. When I went in to pick them up I find out they hadn’t even started them. They marked them ready just so it looks like they are getting out orders on time. I asked another worker where my orders were and he said I would have to stand in the back of the line and wait for the guy to make the orders. He was on break and wasn’t willing to jump in and help. I had to leave to pick up my kid from lessons. I come back 15 minutes later and again they hadn’t even started the orders. I waited in line and all they had to say was sorry and they would make them. I am just now getting my sandwiches, about 45 minutes after I ordered them. Unacceptable!!

Piss poor Customer Service. Not acknowledging me when I enter isn’t a deal breaker until I hear you acknowledging others. Chris made me wait while he did who knows what (I’m going to guess preparing an online order since no one was in the store when I arrived) and when his colleague came to help me, he jumped to help the person after me. Maybe because she was 1/2 dressed or maybe because he was rude. He caused the person helping me to pick up my food and walk it around because he was in the way. Not very sanitary! When I brought up my concern, I didn’t receive any reply. In addition, the temperature for the toppings (including tomato and bacon) was too cold. There was frost on the container and the food. This is the first and last time I’ll give my $ to this location. Too many other options. Don’t recommend this place at all! Go elsewhere.

#1-trying to get into the store is like taking your life…traffic, no drive up, little parking. #2 the employees young, uninformed about serving, sloppy using food, not listening to their boss or the customer.

The employees working the shift at 4:30 were inconsiderate and unprofessional. They were so preoccupied with their group of friends that came into the store that they couldn’t even answer a simple question about cup sizes and completely ignored me. Then they proceeded to hand out free drinks to their friends and handle a live snake behind the counter where they prepare the food that one of their friends brought into the store.

Horrible service. Placed a mobile order, arrive at the subway. Made the line with 5 people ahead of me, they ask for my order and made me wait even longer because ” they just got the order” and they have to do it in order. They checkout out 8 other people after telling me to wait before I finally got my order. The mobile order system is a joke. Never again
