I came in about 30 minutes before close in a bad mood after a long day and had an amazing interaction with Rut. Rut, despite the fact that I came in 30 minutes before closing, happily assisted me and never gave me the impression that I was an inconvenience or an annoyance. I’ve worked in fast food myself and I know how it can feel when you’re so close to being done with the day. I really appreciated Rut making conversation with me and having good energy! I can only hope Rut is working the next time I come!

I love subways food but I’m not buying if you close the restrooms just for the fun if it or so you dont have to clean it. If I drive to subway and I gotta wee im not ordering food and drinks if I can’t use the bathroom. Some employees have been nice when I was in there there have not.

Horrible service…I told the person 3 times what the order was (1 sub) but she had trouble understanding English. I was patient but she still messed up my order and was clearly not paying attention to what she was doing..waste of my lunch time.

I have no idea what the food is like, because the delivery driver was given the Wrong sandwich. Already waited 30min, who knows how much longer I will wait for her to return with the correct sandwich. When I tried to call the store no one answered. Driver also stated that the person behind the counter was the only one working, 6:25p is when I discovered the problem.

This has been the Subway that I always go to however I will go out of my way from now to go to a different location. As a loyal customer, I decided to order through the app for the first time. I ordered 4 subs for my family to have for dinner and they made one of the 4 incorrectly. One of the 4 of us didn’t get dinner that day because of their error. It was too late at that point to return to the store because they close at 8pm. I called the next day explained what had happened and told them I still had the sub in the fridge and should I return it. I was advised that a manager would call me back shortly. Well, it’s been 10 days and I am still waiting for that call. Sadly will not return because of the lack of customer service.

A new employee at this location is a woman with brown hair. Her energy is friendly and welcoming. She makes the other employees seem like zombies in comparison! I eat lunch here often already, but I would be happier to come here if she has more shifts.
