#20 elite chicken bacon ranch, there’s literally two pieces of chicken on each of these sandwiches. That is crazy way overpriced more bread than there is anything else will never be back to Subway stick to somewhere else. Anywhere else will be a better decision. We’ve been to this place before and never had a problem. Tonight we came in and the worker had an attitude, felt like we were being rushed, and our sandwhiches were made poorly. I understand being overwhelmed from working by yourself and having a lot to do but that is not an excuse for poor customer service.

Horrible experience . Indian lady made a mistake yesterday & wouldn’t own up to it today . Yesterday, I was attempting to pre-order for my boyfriend as he works at take five 5 oil change which is in the same plaza as this subway, I told him I found a deal of the day deal, and I was ordering everything he would like for the sandwich as I was trying to order in advance, It would not let me for some reason order online, it kept coming up an error. . Since the app wasn’t working, I told him if he has a few minutes to show the worker the order I sent to him ( I sent to him as a screenshot as i had every topping etc, picked out) and just pay in store IN HOPES NOTHING WOULD BE MESSED UP & I sent him a screenshot of the deal of the day (yesterday It was the philly steak) with the $3 upgraded to a foot-long as well as a Macadamia nut & double chocolate chip cookie (with tax comes out around $10.69) . As he doesn’t have much time because he has to get back to work he didn’t realize she didn’t give him the cookies , as he was in a hurry he paid with his card , got the receipt & left . As I asked him for the receipt, once he got home, we discovered, not only did she not ring it under’ The deal of the day’ she rung it as a regular priced Philly foot-long sandwich, she failed to acknowledge the cookies, but, yet charged him for an extra cup drink that he never received. Which the total came out to a whopping $17.30. I called the store last night around 8pm & the male that answered assured me the ‘manager’ will be there 9-5 tomorrow & we would be able to come in for a refund of at-least the difference & hopefully the two cookies she forgot too. She refused any refund & refused that she made any mistake. Although, she never even gave him the drink and could clearly read the deal of the day meal right off of his phone that you could see on your cameras. I will never tell him to get a sandwiches from this dump again.

I swear they say 50 % more meat on their new sub and all I taste is bread and some lettuce and tomatoes. The sub is $14 ridiculous hardly any meat they bare skimping out on us . Never again i will go to Publix next door to subway !

This subway as well as the Walmart subway do not accept coupons. Never even heard of this before your company is promoting and trying to get customers in just for them to tell you halfway through making the sandwich they don’t accept coupons. Absolutely ridiculous and full of greed trying to squeeze every penny out of you they can.

Just got dinner from this Subway and asked for double meat (protein) on both steak n cheese footlongs. This is how we always get our subs and have absolutely no problem with spending alot to get them the way we like. However, why the so called sandwich “artist” was preparing the meat to be put in microwave to cook it I reminded the “artist” that I wanted double meat on both and she said ya I know and continued her conversation with her coworker. It didn’t even look like enough for a half a sandwich. While she was inquiring about the toppings I asked her if she could cut the veggies up a bit because I’ve had recent dental work and still having trouble crewing and didn’t want to choke. She replied that they are unable to because no knives. Really u just used one. Never again! Go to a different Subway! $30 bucks is insane for this!

I when to this location bought 2 footlongs I had a buy 2 footlongs for $12.99 coupon when I got to the register to pay the employee said we don’t take subway coupons here my coupon was a subway coupon that we are not a partisapating subway I will never visit a subway location again and will tell everyone I know my experience.

They are a some what dirty location and don’t take coupons and will only honor free sub from the app with online orders even though they can the owner just won’t let the employees accept it ,and subway makes it almost impossible to file a complaint so I am boycotting all these stores in the Pasco area, why waste the paper if no accepts the coupons, you won’t be getting my money anymore
