The owners are horrible at this place. Every three subs you buy you’re supposed to get a fourth free. I needed 6 inch sub and then my next sub would be free, the woman tells me no it has to be a online order…. Literally I’ve had no issues no where else… This is the only subway that tries to play games and rip you off… needless to say i didn’t pay for that 6inch I left and went to a different subway.. I already bought a sub and half before hand I was doing this to get a sub for my brother and get the free sub for my mother..anyway point is DO NOT BUY ANY FOOD FROM HERE… Not to mention the additude she had..

Yes, it’s inside the hospital. I was admitted not long ago and was extremely hungry from not eating over 24 + hrs. I inquired with my nurse on what I could get that late at night, she said Subway. I can remember when I stayed in a Subway restaurant collecting stamped cards. Many years have passed and things are different. I was blessed to have something in my stomach. I wouldn’t personally visit this location to order.

It is wonderful for both patients and visitors that a Subway can be found inside the Medical Center of Trinity. Not only does it offer an alternative to cafeteria food, it provides food for patients after hours (i.e. those who we’re admitted late in the day, etc). The food itself is the typical, high quality fare one would expect from the sandwich chain. I highly recommend.

As if being in the hospital with a family member wasn’t enough HARRY working closing shift on Tuesday april 15th was a nightmare . First we came down for some food and I asked if there was soup and he acted as if he didn’t hear me and never answered my question … he then continued to make the food with a terrible attitude. Then my sister and I went down for a second time where my sisters card kept declining (unsure why because the funds were available) so we explained that she used a bank that is closed so we have to cancle the order and he ignorantly gave her a nasty look while he tossed her food into the trash then we asked when the manager would be in and he said he is the manager meanwhile his name tag clearly said store associate I don’t understand if it was going to be tossed in such a way and wasted why not just give it to her ? HAVE A LITTLE SYMPATHY YOU WORK IN A HOSPITAL.! we will be calling the manager to make sure his attitude is recognized by not only customers but his manager as well .

Terrible subways owners don’t do anything drinks are always out so they force you to grab a fridge drink and force an up charge. Ask for a side of cheese they said I have to buy something I try to buy a churro and they switch up a say it needs to be a sandwich like seriously. Also skippy on the meat

I was there visiting my nother who was in there for seizures. It was about 3pm to 4pm the gentlemen working had just returned from a break(I couldnt read a name tag didnt look like he had 1) the gentleman had informed me that Subway has discontinued Swiss cheese I couldn’t hear the gentleman because he smoked a little too low for me pain after asking him to repeat himself he got an agitated snipped at me with a tone and informed me that you were no longer serving Swiss as a cheese for your sandwiches good night sweetie I feel very disrespected I go there often with my mother is in the hospital me and my mother have spent hundreds of dollars at your restaurant every time I am there I couldn’t hear the gentleman because he smoked a little too low for me and after asking him to repeat himself he got agitated snapped at me with a town and inform me that you were no longer serving Swiss as a cheese for your sandwiches I feel very disrespected I go there off and what my mother is in the hospital me and my mother have spent hundreds of dollars at your restaurant every time I am there there a nice I even go down there for 2 more subs for me and my mother f we’re one of your employees to speak to me and this manner I am very disrespected I did not appreciate his tone because I couldn’t hear him and very dissatisfied with my visits on the 24th of December

Being a heart patient, I have to avoid bread. Refused to sell me a meatball sub without the bread. I could have purchased the entire thing and threw it away, but I didn’t want to waste anything. It’s a shame, always loved their food.

Well I went and got a 6 inch steak and cheese sub. As everybody knows a steak and cheese sub is a hot sub. The guy that was working there , just put cold meat on the bread with cheese, he did not even heat it up. It was one of the worst subways I have had.
