The sandwich was very sparce. Then I made a huge mistake and left a straw wrapper on the counter. The store manager came over to me and told me off. No problem before that. I was in complete disbelief. Totally uncalled for. Lots of other sandwich shops. No more Subway shops for me.

Went there around 3:40 p.m 12/16/25, Place was empty. Went there to get my brother-in-law and his daughter a sub he has bone disease and is in remission with leukemia. A young man came around the corner saw me he was chewing went back then came to attend me. don’t even think he washed his hands! I asked him to please be patient with me this is not for me it’s for my cancer patient( I’m also his caretaker) this kid was so impatient. When I finally got fed up with his service cause I asked him to do things a certain way because they were not for me, He did it the way he wanted to do it. I asked him for low on the salt and he went to town with it, When I asked him If he was in a rush to be somewhere he looked at me and walked off. The gentleman that was in the back had just approached the counter which I don’t even think he washed his hands either went to go and take over and kept apologizing for that young man’s ” Poor Customer service”.
Before I left the building I asked what was his name the gentleman looked at him and looked at me…. gave me a name and then changed it to Peyton, I claimed that is a female’s name and he looked at me dead in the eye and said that’s his name. ( Which I don’t believe cause it took too long to get a name Which I don’t believe cause it took too long to get a name) Young man about 6″3″ he definitely needs better training if he wants to stay their cuz he’s gonna run off everybody. the gentleman’s name was mark cuz it was on his hat unlike “Peyton”. We’ll never go there again.!!! I walked out this kid had me so lit he can pay for those subs you can’t follow instructions you shouldn’t be working there it’s not about you you’re not in your kitchen. I tell you what if I was a secret shopper you FAILED!!!

Poor customer service experience involving an employee named Tiffany. Tiffany’s conduct was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. While assisting another customer, she began questioning me about my order. As I attempted to respond, she abruptly cut me off, raised her voice, and said, “I’m working with another customer, hold on and I’ll be with you in a minute.” When she returned, her tone remained hostile. When I asked if everything was okay, she responded even more loudly and rudely. Before I could request help from another staff member, she signaled a coworker to take over, stating she would no longer serve me. As she walked away, she muttered, “I’m sick of this.”
This is the second time I’ve experienced disrespectful behavior from Tiffany, and I’ve also observed her treating other customers similarly. I attempted to escalate the issue, but Tiffany claimed to be the manager and refused to provide contact information for a superior. Another employee tried to assist, but Tiffany loudly directed me to the receipt, which only listed a first name and an email.
I’ve always had positive experiences with other staff, but this behavior was unacceptable. If Tiffany is unhappy in her role, perhaps a customer-facing position is not ideal for her. I urge you to address this matter promptly, as it reflects poorly on your establishment.

ve orders from many subways but this one can’t get anything right. the sandwich and never do they put extra of anything on an online order. I’ll gladly take the time to drive 3x the distance for a different subway before ordering anything from this store.

Busy to have only 1 on duty at that time. Nice young man, he was cool and collective. Note to management: more than 1 needed to cover shift. Also, your Prep person needs be consistent. Was running out of prep items. Just saying from someone who has worked food service before.
