This is my local Domino’s & I order here all the time, mostly pick-up. Ordering on the app is convenient to pay, earn/redeem points, & ensure order accuracy. I normally order the handmade pan pizzas but the stuffed crust have me in a chokehold lol. The quality has improved, hot/fresh at pick-up, & the staff is putting in hard work as always observed. Thanks AJ Domino’s for satisfying my pizza cravings! 🙂

What in the world?! Over 2 hours for our order of 2 sandwiches, a pasta, and chicken. Can’t get anybody to answer the phone. What a joke of an establishment. So much for a quick easy dinner for my kids after work.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered my pizza at 11:56, it’s now 1:35, and my order has been marked ready since 1:05 and “out for delivery” — yet the delivery driver hasn’t even left the parking lot. I’ve called the store four times and no one has answered. On top of that, it already took forever just to make the pizza in the first place. This is horrible customer service and completely unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I under stand from the delivery person that they were slammed with 31 deliveries. However, to be honest, we were incredibly disappointed when we discovered the pizza was nearly refrigerator cold. That said and to be balanced, the taste of the pizza was good but cold!

I just had a terrible yet completely avoidable experience with your store. I’ll start by saying I’ve ordered from your location probably a dozen times and I’ve never had an issue previously. The food and the service have been good. This most recent time, however, was possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering pizza and maybe even food… All because of the manager you have on duty tonight (9/10/25). I got to the store and my order was different than what I had ordered online. I won’t get into the details but I just accepted the situation, paid, and left. When I got home I left a review stating what happened making sure to place blame on the app and not the employees. Within minutes I got a call from the manager blaming me for the mistake and complaining about leaving a bad review in the app. I was stunned at first that he had called me in such an aggressive and confrontational manner so I hung up on him thinking that would end the situation. Instead he calls me again being even more aggressive and rude. So guess what? I hung up again. Then your manager had the nerve to call me a third time and tell me that since I had hung up on him that my number would be banned and that I would no longer be allowed to order from there again. Seriously? This is how you run your business? It’s actually almost laughable at how absurd the situation is and how immature and unhinged your mansgers’s behavior was but I’m not laughing. I will never order from this location ever and, mostly likely, any other Domino’s for a really long time.
Update: Not surprisingly I can’t comment on the owner’s “response” and now I can’t leave another review. So it’s nothing more than the owner trying to appear like they care. I sent an email almost 24 hours ago and I still haven’t received an email back so that you could “make it up” to me. What an absolute joke. Stop pretending like you care.

Food is consistent, but as someone who’s allergic to garlic and selects “no garlic seasoning” but it comes with the garlic seasoning, it’s pretty much a waste. Well done bake, isn’t really all that well done.
