By far the worst experience I’ve had ordering pizza. The “prep” took 40 minutes, and the “quality check” took another 50. After nearly 2 hours when adding in the actual time it was in the oven, it’s hard to maintain patience. I’d get it if I was able to call in and they told me they were having problems, except for the fact that I called several times and never got any replies. I’ve been able to call this place before just fine and usually they’re speedy, but I don’t know what was up today.

This used to be our favorite dominos in town but after tonight we won’t be going back. My sandwich didn’t have the sauce on it. It was Smushed inside the box. They didn’t even cut it even it was cut on the end of the sandwich. And the attitude of the young lady that we dealt with needs an attitude adjustment. Of course we aren’t going to go back inside to get the order corrected because the attitude right off the bat and idk if they’d do something to my food now. This place has definitely gone down hill!!!!!

Thomas is the absolute best delivery driver I have EVER had. And I’ve been ordering pizza from everywhere (dominos, pizza hut, papa John’s, papa Murphys etc) for 15+ years. He is very friendly and he has NEVER delivered a wrong order. I’ve had wrong orders in the past, but never by him. So I know he double checks all his orders that he delivers. He even remembers my dogs name and always makes sure he says hey to her when she runs out to see him. He is absolutely the best ever. Dominos should really give him a raise. He has the greatest customer service OF ALL TIME. EVERY TIME I ORDER DELIVERY I ALWAYS HOPE ITS THOMAS. IF I COULD REQUEST A DRIVER HE WOULD ALWAYS BE MY NUMBER ONE!!!!

this is the greatest pizza place ever!! there’s been only a couple times that I’ve went to pick up my pizza and it hasn’t been ready, because something happened, like it dropped on the floor, or whatever, but I’m so glad that they told me, and re-cooked it! but 9 out of 10 times they are on the spot, and my favorite dinner!

First bad experience at this store but probably won’t be back for awhile. Ordered bacon, chicken, onions, extra cheese and no bacon or extra cheese and barely any onion or chicken. Only eating it because they will be closed before they could make another one because it is almost midnight.
