Ordered chicken teriyaki sub online to try for 1st time in 5+ yrs. Get there and numerous signs on door: no mayo, no steak, no onion, etc. I say ok, only missing onion! Nope! Get home, no sweet onion chicken teriyaki sauce. So, either out of that too and can’t fathom to tell you online like other companies are able to or the employee can’t read it the 3x it appears on the receipt/order form. On a related note, I ordered breakfast wraps online for 16 dollars from a nearby location this morning too….I got a written on the bag that said sorry we’re out of tomatoes. I’m out of the money that I paid for my food too.

Wow… never had an experience at a Subwat like this. Ordered online for pickup. My husband picked up and when he got home we found the left out cookies as ordered, mixed up the breads for each sandwich and there were hardy any ingredients on the sandwiches. We could only taste the bread and mayo. Few vegetables and an unusually thin layer of meat. We ordered our usual sandwiches, and no way was the same amount of ingredients used this time. Very, very disappointing. Tried to call and it went to a “full” mailbox. It isn’t just around the corner, so cant go back.

The blonde woman in her late 50’s with the cursive writing tattoos on each side of her neck that say “hold me” “shake me” was making the sandwiches and was so rude. She was said the F word a few times as well.
She was nasty to the teenager that was working there. He was useless it seems as an employee which was sad. She was slamming all of the equipment which visibly shaken up the two ladies in front of me. The sub was awful. Have a look at the photo. Not going here again. I hope the franchise owner sees this because I would be horrified if someone was running my business like that. That woman and kid need to be fired.

Ordered 2 veggie subs online when I went to go pick up my order they said they were out of smashed avocado and I was like OK no big deal but when I got the car, I saw they still charge me for it and I was like OK whatever still no worries, but then I got home and realized they also charged me for extra cheese and didn’t put on my sub. It’s like the skimpy sub I’ve ever seen in my life if I’m honest it was like almost $25 for two subs that were like dry bread and like a sparse amount of toppings. Veggie sub should have more cheese than this without even asking for extra.

This is definitely one of the better subways in terms of quality, cleanliness, etc. What I have to say they have one guy in here working his name is Carlos this guy is holding it down with a smile on his face. I straight up asked him if he was here alone and he said yes. That man deserves a raise and another employee. I walked in he has five sandwiches out being made for online, he got them done quickly and started on mine and started on mine. With just a smile on his face. Most other places can really take a lesson from this. Give that man a raise, he deserves it.

Mobile order was prepared really well! They’ve also redone the interior design that has a much more modern look to it. Always have had a great experience with ordering from the official Subway app (plus you save more $ by doing so!)

Here’s a picture of my $7.50 footlong veggie sub from Subway on Sumter today.
Completely unacceptable. Also, specifically asked for separate bags for hot, and for cold subs…they were bagged together.

I was really excited to try the new Steak Doritos sandwich at Subway — it’s what brought me in. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The employee behind the counter steered me away from ordering it, making it sound like it wasn’t a good choice. I ended up going somewhere else, but I left feeling let down. If a new item is being promoted, customers should at least feel encouraged to try it — not discouraged. It just wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.

HORRID SERVICE! The service is received today was so unacceptable that im actually writing a review. I came in on 5/31/25 around 3 pm. The women there already had an attitude when I walked in. Carrie, the women working, was slamming the bread door, rolling her eyes at customers and stomping around as if someone forced her to work there. When it was finally my turn I began to order my sandwich and asked for the sauces first. This women rolled her eyes, mocked me under her breath, and slammed the bread door closed before going over to the sauces. Before I could ask for a small amount of suace she was already lumping mayo onto my sandwich. She threw the meat and cheese on to my sandwich and continued huffing and rolling her eyes as I asked for veggies. When I asked for olives she picked up a handful and and then dropped half back into the container. When I asked for extra olives she raised her voice and said that’s all she had. She continued to throw together my sandwich when another couple came in and she yelled at them telling them it would take her 10-15 minutes before she could help them. By the time I took my first bite of my sandwich the whole thing fell apart. This women needs to get a grip or find a new job.
