This subway is the absolute best one in all of bradenton. I work close by so I visit a few times a week. The workers are extremely nice, they make the sandwiches perfectly, the store is always clean and the music entertaining. If im at my home I well skip over 2 other subways to go to this one. Never had any kind of bad experience here and I’ve been eating lunch there for the past 7 years cause of where my job is located.

I walked in and was greeted with a friendly “hello” by one of the employees. Little did I know this would be the best subway experience! As I started requesting for ingredients, I noticed the staff was very friendly and happy to help. When it came time to get spinach, the lady looked out for me and told me the spinach had not been great that day, and that I better stay away from it! I’m happy because the sandwich still ended up being super yummy and she threw in a cookie for me due to me spinach situation! I can gladly say I’m satisfied and for the price of a footlong it’s pretty great considering other places! When I left, the staff wished me a wonderful day and that’s always a great thing. To be served by people who are happy to work. I’m very pleased with this Subway!

I told the guy I don’t like peppercorn ranch, he said no problem, when my food was slid over to the girl I said oh ranch as it says RANCH on the bottle. My husband then asked for peppercorn ranch she used the same one. I asked is that peppercorn ranch I don’t like peppercorn ranch she said that’s not my fault is it kinda rudely, I explained the bottle says ranch not peppercorn ranch.
Then my husband ordered broccoli soup it was kinda cool and separated like watery, my husband said it’s gross I don’t want to eat this can I please have my money back, he was told no 3 times, the girl heated up the soup more stirring in between, it was SO HOT we both ate our sandwiches and you could still see the steam coming off the soup. This is not the first time we have felt disrespected in this establishment. We use to go there weekly, this is why we don’t anymore.

Store 12926-0. Young lady this morning that made my sandwich was wonderful. Very nicely dress groomed clean. Use all properly procedures to make food. Greeting was very nice. Sandwich looked very fresh. Bread and veggies fresh. Follow directions great. My sandwich was very tasty not messy. My new favorite store. Personally i think subway has best sandwich than anyone else. Bread always soft.

The 2 lady’s working were so sweet and attentive! They were fast and in my experience other subways aren’t as fast.. was there with my baby and she gave her some crackers and a cookie for free! Hope she doesn’t get in trouble for this it was really so sweet and made my day!

Only rated a 1stat bc the whole staff just either have an attorney problem or scared of the big hip manager. Me n my family of 3 including me was the only ones n the store but yet she felt the need to still rush us in building our sandwich my mom who is veryyyy disabled on a walker was rushed she can’t move no faster last damn. N just the whole atmosphere made me really want to ask the workers was they being held by force. Really yall need to grow a personality act like u want to serve your customers cause IM SPENDING MY MONEY WITH U NOT VICE VERSA ! Customer service has dropped 10000 try working with over 400 kids a day then tell me where your patience lyes.
