DO NOT GO HERE EVER!
ONE OF THE DIRTIEST AND FLINTHY PLACE.
I went here to have a Veggie Patty. The Guy over the Counter whose name I saw as Ali was very Rude and when I requested him to heat the Patty first separately before putting into the bread, He said he can’t do that and will heat it only alone with the Sub.
Then he took out the American cheese and put it on the Counter without any Paper nor sheet there. I simply walked out after seeing that.
Please take care of yourself and your health. This kind of Eateries may spoil your health and create numerous diseases. It’s a time for extreme hygiene but these kinds of services make a person really sick and the attitude of these sickly people gives a Negative energy to our mind and body.
Be happy and avoid eating at this place again.

I’ve gone to this store a few times. I normally use the app. However this is the last time I will be going to this particular store. Paid for 2 of the Philly with double meat. They hand me my bag and it feels too light for double meat. I asked the clerk, who referred me to her manager. And instead of inspecting the sandwich or even touch the bag, she goes into the garbage and picked up a ticket and then says she watched her make it. I get home and low n behold, it is NOT double meat. So yeah

First of all the person who waited on me made it clear by her attitude she had rather be anywhere else but there. Very rude! And I don’t understand how the footlong subs are $6.99 and I ordered two footlongs one extra meat and extra cheese ended up costing me $29???? That employee has zero customer service skills! I felt bad for the poor guy working with her. She is definitely an employee that I would let to go.

Zero stars if i could. Let’s start by the nasty attitude the employee had tonight. She looked so bothered. Like God forbid she do her JOB! Food was cold when it was supposed to be a hot sub called the store to rectify it and no answer of course. If you don’t like working with the public ,it’s simple….get another job in the back of an office some where, not with people you have to interact with. Stay far away. The other reviews are spot on. Rude employees , old cold food.

Listen I get it. I worked at another subway and I know how it goes, management will schedule you 3-5 by yourself, but when that happened I would get close to 15 customers at the same time and I would bust my butt, but the girl who was on did not care at all. I came here about 2 weeks ago and it took me 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, and there was 6 people in front of me. 6! Eventually it was 5 because someome just left cause she was taking so long. The worst part is that I was there for so long that someone else came in, and it didn’t make it any faster really. Would not recommend.

Went to this Subway like I always do, and was extremely disappointed with the service. There were only two employees there, line up of people in front of me. When the employee asked what I wanted, I said 3 footlongs since I had the coupon. The guy looked at me, gave a response of derision, rolled his eyes then retrieved the bread, and slammed the door. He was clearly having a bad day, but you never, never make your customers feel uncomfortable or show your frustration. I should have walked out but decided to stay. Then, the employee working the cash register was going back and forth touching money, then back to making sandwiches WITHOUT changing his gloves. These two employees clearly need to be trained how to work under pressure and still be professional. It comes down to management not training properly. This is a service business servicing customers, if the job is that bad, get out of the kitchen.

Food was ok,but I wasn’t expecting to have to take out a second mortgage for it. It was 3 foot long sandwiches and 5 new rollers. I couldn’t believe a couple dollars short of 60.00 before tip. I guess Subway is off of our affordable food budget.

I only couldn’t hear well because, I didn’t have my hearaids because I didn’t have any batteries for them I have to asked the girl of what she said , couple of times, I left sorry about girl when I order three sandwiches sub and free cookies . I was seating at the lobby with my computer attending a meeting, waiting for my meeting to end and a skinny light color lady came and said if you aren’t going to buy anything you can’t be seating here, I was like really wow, she didn’t even ask first if we needed anything or nothing I was like wow, she didn’t know if I was waiting to finish my meeting to get me something, I was going to, but I decided not to,just because the way she approached me,with attitude and very unprofessional. I will not recommend this place, I used to go there with my kids everytime after their haircut because there is a barbershop in the same plaza,that was our place to go and eat ,we’ll not anymore. No sympathy, no customer services and very rude, it is not the first time the lady being rude ,but I decided to give them another opportunity until now. Never ever again.
