My friend was super excited about the “revamp” of Subway.. Pfft!! I used to love Subway!!! Then over the years they have just run down hill. Nonetheless, I ordered us a couple. Here’s the tuna melt I got.. I included their advertisement pic of the same sandwich. Can you say false advertising?? Sorry Subway, had to give you one last chance. What a disappointment

Always SUPER clean when I come in here. The gentleman who made my food was friendly and made my sandwich beautifully.

I order here regularly and they almost always get it right. Th worst I’ve run into has been some overcooked cookies in the past but I’ll overlook it considering their pretty consistent with their sandwiches, run a clean restaurant and have friendly staff.

I placed a mobile order because to be quite honest subway usually is the worst experience as far as employees. But when I walked into this one (never been to this location before) I was greeted pleasantly by Peter (not sure of last name) giving me instruction on where my order was, asking if I needed anything else and being overall pleasant!! It was my first great experience with a subway employee and so I thought he should be recognize for this. As I was inside the location filling my drinks I noticed he was extremely pleasant to the other customers he was helping as well.

Came in around 5:30, two female employees were sitting in the dining area and I greeted them as I walked in, no response back whatsoever. I proceeded to order a meatball sub and they said we are out. So in other words, poor customer service, don’t have what they’re supposed to and to top it off they don’t accept coupons. Been coming here for a long time, it has definitely gone down hill after it was sold to new owners a year ago. Won’t be back.

It’s frustrating when you pay extra for double meats and double cheese and not get it at all! And this keeps happening repetitiously. The worst part is when you’re trying to call them in order to complain. No one ever picks up the phone. Daylight robbery if you ask me. Maybe this explains why they don’t have an option for tipping online. It tells me that this is how they choose to run their business.

I placed a mobile order and included specific instructions in the notes, but unfortunately, they weren’t followed. When I inquired about the notes while picking up my sandwich, the employee was bothered. There’s a notes field for a reason—it’s important to follow directions. Overall, the sandwiches were mediocre at best, even for Subway.

I got take out online to take advantage of the B1G1 footlong deal, order for 11/02 6pm pick up. I walked in at 5:57pm and was immediately acknowledged by the guy working “are you here for the Shelby pickup?” While he was actively working with 2 other customers. I said yes and he was kind enough to tell me it’d just be 3 more minutes. It was so kind to acknowledge me and my premade order while continuing to provide service to the walkin customers. All customers were important to this man. He really has made me want to consider subway as a weekly go to for nights I don’t have the time to cook.
The girl working was very nice also and was a great side kick.
My online order was made to perfection.
I decided to add a cookie and the guy was not satisfied with the looks of the cookie (I believe because they looked a little too done) so he gave me two for the price of one which honestly at 6pm with the stack of cookies they had really makes sense because who wants to sell a day old cookie the next day anyways.
Bottom line, I think this guy should get a raise because help like this in this industry specifically (hourly wage, no promise of tips), good help is hard to find. I hope the owner relays this appreciation.
I will be back to try all the new things Subway has to offer and take full advantage of their great deals during these hard times.

My family very Loyal to subway will now be forever NOT going to any subway.
First this location now does NOT accept any subway coupons. Which was shocking I came in here weekly for lunch and or dinner.
Second: Today 11/26/2023 around 1140am I came in this store with my mother which we had 3 separate orders. My mom told her for the first order she had a coupon all the woman did was point to a New sign saying no coupons. My mom asked why she replied I don’t speak English only Spanish. Wait what your working here. Living here. Paying the taxes here and you can’t speak basic English This truly offends me. There is church’s all over Naples giving FREE English Classes.
Subway train your employees to speak Basic English !! People like me you know American Speaking People will boycott places that cater to the Non Speaking English People.
I am truly offended it’s sad you employee people who can’t and won’t learn English. Part of the hiring process should be a basic ENGLISH test. Like Customer asked ” why don’t you accept Subway coupons” Employee says I don’t speak English” there is a problem with that. What if there a medical Emergency or any Emergency she can’t help English Speaking People..
Advice. Learn English or Leave this country on a one way ticket return when you speak some English..
Thank You Subway owner and franchise you have permanently lost this family of 3 who was loyal to your company. We will for ever be gone and taking our business else where like we did today when we walked out of your store without spending a dime Thank You for your poor choices of practices and lack of hiring people with basic English Skills.

Great experience at this Subway. The gentleman making the subs was the only employee at the business and the line was out the door. He was very friendly, efficient and kept the line moving quickly. As an out of town visitor, I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed, and how quickly I received my food. I would absolutely go there again based on this single experience.

Stopped by to get a sub, walked into the place, and no one even greeted us to say they were not even one customer inside. One girl sweaping, one eating lunch another sitting at a table and another one in the back. I approached the counter, and the girl eating lunch stopped washed her hands to attend me. I said hi, and she smiled and said hi back. The other then speaks in Spanish to tell the girl sweaping to attend me so the one girl can go finish her lunch and no acknowledgment towards me, good thing I understand Spanish to understand what was the hold up as I waited. The girl then left to go finish her lunch while to one girl in control tells the girl sweaping ill start her while you wash your hands, which she did. By the time the girl takes over not one word out of her to me I continue to tell her my toppings since she takes over but that didn’t go well she didn’t seems happy at all, so I asked her do you speak?? Because in this job you need to speak to the customers not just stare, she didn’t like that I asked her that so she continues to say yes I speak very defensive, again she’s the employee. She was done, then went on to wrap my sub and continues to dive into more of what I had asked her, so I said back in the days I worked at a subway. And yes, you need to communicate with the customers, her response. ” Well, congratulations.” I was shocked that all she cared more about was to get into a conflict. So I responded that there was no need to be rude. Never again will I be back to this location. The owner should really care about their location and staff with proper training. Naples has changed so much with customer service. No one really has the care in them anymore. If you don’t like where you work, then change your job. I might have just gone in and made my own sub. We learn, and we grow. Best of luck to everyone that dines here.
