Shoutout to the two people closing tonight. They closed 40 MINUTES before closing. The kid with black hair was cleaning the floors right in FRONT of the door. We knocked & tried to get their attention & he completely ignored us while laughing and looking down. The girl in the back was laughing and talking to him. I called right after and the girl picked up. I asked if they were closed & she said “we’re closing soon.” I confronted her on why she was ignoring us & she told me “oh, you wanted to come in?” Like… no sh!t sis. Anyways, i hope the manager checks on the cameras tomorrow after i call. RIGHT behind us there was another guy that they completely ignored. They lost FOUR customers in less than 2 minutes…. Jeremy was a phenomenal sandwich artist, he shows good leadership qualities. He successfully directed his coworkers in dealing with a rush and went above and beyond to make sure the store was clean when the rush was taken care of. He offered to help his coworkers with their duties as well, with a smile. The sandwich’s he made us would have made any mystery shop proud by adhering to the brand standards.

Walked in and right away the lady said it would be 30 minutes before she could make a sandwich because they had a big order that they had to do..so you would make a customer that’s right infront of you wait 30 minutes instead of taking 5 minutes to make 1 sandwich for an online order doesn’t make sense to me and there was also two people working at the time!! Waited 10 minutes then left I would definitely not go back here.

Guy making the sub should have had a hairnet with the mess on top of his head and was either way to high or just completely uneducated not to mention just slopping everything on the bread leaving the extra cheese I asked for and he charged me for off the sandwich horrible subway do not eat here and as much as subway cost now there’s no excuse for still hiring idiots.

Asked the guy where’s your hat. Replied no one has complained for the last 3yrs. Asked him where’s his name tag. Replied, don’t have one. 2nd person came out from the back, no hat, no name tag. Won’t see me again.

Well I ordered a club with roast beef and an American club with bacon, got both with bacon, no cheese and no tomatoes even though it says clearly in my order that I asked for it, bread wasn’t fresh in one of the orders. Very disappointed. Won’t order again. The delivery was pretty fast though, maybe that’s the reason for a poor made sub.

I decided to visit this Subway after having a bad experience at the one located down on Homestead Blvd. earlier. This place was well lit, inviting, and very clean when I walked in. There were two young men working. They both were cleaning since there were no customers. 4 others followed behind me. Neither one of these young men seemed very into the “service with a smile” concept or anything like that. All of that didn’t matter though because their stations and area was clean and well kept, they did their job, they did it well, and they were efficient & effective at it too. I was very much pleased with my first time visit here. I was so quick to eat my food, that I did not think to take any pictures of it, but I assure you, it was good and a lot better than the other one on Homestead Road
