Kathy or Kay, she manage to mumble her name when asked, she went ballistic went I call her across the isle as she was way back in the rear of the kitchen , she came fuming to the front and say dont yell at me please use instead the ring bell, very rude indeed.

I’m not really a fan of subs, but I was in Walmart and felt like trying it out. With it being my first time, I had a lot of questions but the server was very helpful and patient, her name was Roneque I believe. I officially now a subway fan! The teriyaki chicken is bomb!

Customer service makes THE difference! We stopped having Subway due to bad customer service specially at this location and lack of fresh items. BUT, the current Lady server at the Subway in Walmart Super Center changed our views completely! She is courteous, dedicated and single handedly does a wonderful job. The trays are clean and with fresh items. Only because of her, we had Subway twice in last two weeks already!! The sandwiches were well made and delicious. Highly recommend.

Kay is absolutely the best person that works in the store. She always makes sure to put the right amount of veggies, cheese, and meat that balances out the sandwich and makes sure that nothing is missing by asking all necessary questions. Will only eat there if she is working.
