Overall, we had a really solid experience at Cracker Barrel. The food was classic comfort done right, and most of the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming.

Big shout-out to our server Devin P., he was excellent. Super attentive, friendly, and his southern accent was honestly refreshing and added to the whole Cracker Barrel vibe. Service like his is exactly what you expect when you come here.

Food-wise, I ordered the sunny-side-up eggs, grits, fruit, and the cinnamon French toast. The French toast was delicious and comforting, the eggs were cooked just right, and the fruit was fresh. The peach iced tea, however, was very sweet, a bit too much for my taste, but that’s more personal preference than a knock on quality.

Now, the only downside of the visit: there was a very short white lady at the front reception area who was unnecessarily rude. I was standing near the front for literally three seconds while recording a quick video before heading back to my table. She rolled her eyes and told incoming guests, “He’s just standing here, he’s not on the line,” in a condescending tone. It came off rude as hell and honestly bothered me throughout the rest of the meal. I was close to deducting a star because of that interaction.

That said, everyone else especially our server was so kind and professional that I didn’t want one person’s attitude to reflect on the entire business. Because of that, I’m still giving Cracker Barrel a positive review.

Great food, great atmosphere, and standout service from Devin P. Just wish the front-of-house attitude matched the hospitality the rest of the staff showed.

Phenomenal experience! Comfort food at its finest! Sausage and egg has brown casserole, fried cinnamon apples, two buttermilk pancakes, and a good ole cup of Coffee! Ask for GLENDA! She is the BEST! I think she made the food taste even better than it was!

My wife and I first met Ms. Clara Cyprian (Retail Manager) when we entered the store (Brunswick, Ga. Store #54) who was very helpful and personable. She pointed out there were several sales going on which resulted in us buying several items, to include a few 2026 Christmas presents. She also signed us up for Cracker Barrel’s Reward Program which saved us 10% on our meal. We very much enjoyed meeting her. There seven of us for dinner and we were fortunate to have Julia as our waitress. Dealing with seven customers at one table could be hectic, but Julia handled it with ease. Like Ms. Cyprian, she was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Our orders came fairly quickly with no issues. We highly recommend this Cracker Barrel to any local or traveler.

I usually love Cracker Barrel, its generally consistent wherever you go and a good choice for breakfast in a new area. This one is going on my list of places to never return. To start, we ordered two kids chocolate milks for ~$3. The pictured cartons are what we received for that. Then the food took in excess of 30 minutes to arrive, the restaurant was relatively busy so that is not a huge deal l, except when the food arrived it was missing items and everything was cold. I got the Old Timer, my eggs were watery and tasteless and the biscuits and gravy never even showed up. I will say the waitress did a great job, my coffee was never cold or empty, but that was the one bright spot in an otherwise terrible breakfast stop. The management did correct the issue for us, but we will most likely not be returning.

Waited for out food as five other tables got their food, the. The waitress told us they lost our ticket and had to get our order again. Four more tables got their food before us again. We asked our waitress when our food is and she told us we have one order in front of ours. Our order should have been cooked immediately not after other people that came in after us. The manager said the meal would be free but waiting over an hour for our food that should have been cook immediately. We just left.

We were not asked how we wanted our hamburger steaks cooked, and so they came out very rare. The sides were cold and we never got the biscuits/cornbread we asked for. However, the staff was very friendly and nice. I would return to this location despite this instance with the food.

Really glad they brought back the old favorites. Hamburger steak, coleslaw, hashbrown tots. It was good to order those again. The food was excellent. Our waitress was very nice, but it took a while to get our food after ordering. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, so I don’t know why it took so long. This is common at he Brunswick location.

Visited this location on 12/21/25, would rate it the worst Cracker Barrel experience that I have ever had. Ordered Country Fried steak with gravy, pinto beans, steak fries and broccoli casserole. Was served Country fried steak with no gravy, hash brown casserole, steak fries and pinto beans. I was told “We are out of white gravy”, and was served a dry country fried steak. I wasn’t ask if I would like an alternate meal, apologized to due to them not having one of the most common items on their menu. At that point why even ask why I was served hash brown casserole, I assume you order what you would like and they bring you what you get. I wasn’t offered a refill until my meal was over and we were leaving. We actually didn’t see the waitress again until then. Checking out was just as pleasant, the cashier seemed perturbed that we needed to pay, and what I would assume was the person filling the manager role was standing there. Wasn’t worth speaking to anyone in person, you could tell that customer service wasn’t something they had any focus on. Please do yourself a favor and drive on past this location. There are gas stations in the area that would more than likely be able to provide you a better experience.

Every time we get a to go order at this restaurant it’s always missing something.I called the restaurant and no one cared or offered any thing. Also, the new chocolate cake that is $6, look at the sliver of cake. I think they ate half of it.

Perfect for RVs and other large rigs. They have 16 truck & bus pull through parking slots behind the restaurant with lots of room. We asked about parking overnight and they were great with it. The food is typical Cracker Barrel homestyle. My broccoli was fresh and firm, and I got fried apples as a side, and it was also good. The rest of the meals were more than OK, but our server could have been better. She was friendly and polite, but we saw the server for the table next to us every few minutes. Ours showed up once in a while saying she would get us stuff, but took about a lot of time each trip for water and coffee refills, etc.
