Just stopped in for lunch and had to leave a review cause Phoebe was amazing. Working by herself and was still getting orders done expeditiously while being very kind and personable. Knew customers by name and prepared their order with a smile. Great work and our food was all delicious.

This location is HORRIBLE. AVOID!! Cant make a sandwich. Meats horrible, OVER LOADED mustard so much its all over the place and dripping out of the sandwich. Missing condiments. I Called and I couldn’t understand s word the sandwich maker was saying but it sounded like he said I was cheap and thats what I get for ordering off doordash. He sounded high off his rocker.

Be careful because at this Subway they will overcharge you and not refund you they charged my bank $76.68 for 2 subs because that’s all I got yet the receipt says she charged me for 4 subs which is not what I got now I have to dispute this with my bank the woman behind the counter seems like she does it often I would not be surprised if she is skimming money

Alex was very polite. It was nice to have a small conversation with him. I will also add that no employee should be working alone. He did an amazing job trying to keep up with the flow on his own. I’ve been in the store before and will say he is the politest employee. Keep up the good work Alex and it was a pleasure.

Absolutely horrible service and appalling conditions. Two people were working, one making sandwiches and the other standing at the register watching. The customer in front of me needed 4 sandwiches which were made one at a time, That is clear to any regular Subway customer that it’s not the way its usually done. It just takes too long. To make matters worse, we spend 30 seconds on each sandwich watching the toaster. After 10 minutes and two sandwiches are complete I was getting frustrated and start looking around. I noticed flies all over the food and it was about 90⁰ in the store, but neither of those things seemed to bother the employees. I was kinda grossed out by then so rather than investing another 10 minutes I left. I chalk the acceptance of the flies and the elevated temps up to culture differences. . Anyway, I’ll never go back to that Subway.

Visited this Subway an hour before closing. (8pm) Although we placed a to-go order, I noticed the dine-in area was open. There was a sign on the door indicating customer masks are required and the employee wore a mask the entire time. We were the only customers during our visit. The employee behind the counter greeted us immediately as we entered. We were told to take our time as we looked over the menu board and that he’d be happy to take our order whenever we were ready. The employee was friendly and professional, engaging with us in conversation as he prepared our food and while we paid for our order. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Our food was prepared quickly and just as we had ordered.

Great subs with fresh ingredients. The sandwich artists are excellent at making the subs and offer great customer service at the same time. They have high chairs and are family friendly. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. They also offer great catering service and you can pre order your sub online if you are in a rush so it is ready for immediate pick up.

Tried it one more time because the subway series sandwiches looked very good. Received nothing like the pictures on the advertisement, even worse. Opened up my wrapping and the sub was slapped together. I have the app and ordered pick up, which is the only good thing about the experience. That’s probably why my sub sucked. I deleted my app and I am done with your subs. Will go to Publix for the Pub sub. Much better quality and price. SORRY !!

High props to Nick, who took both of our custom sub orders in stride and nailed them perfectly. So awesome! To add to that, there were three groups of customers including myself, and a fourth was on the way in, and Nick made sure that everything went smoothly but kept his attention on us and the sandwiches. Excellence under pressure, and again, perfect sandwiches with a LOT of customization. The only weak point was the WiFi. It was incredibly slow. Fortunately, it was just fast enough for me to finish some quick business, but we tend to look for places where we can spend time online while enjoying our food. Hopefully it improves.

Service was adequate. I had placed an online order and it wasn’t ready until about 10 minutes after the time I was given to pick it up. However, The sandwich was good and the bread was fresh.
