Staff ignored a mobile order, so the “ready” time was missed, and then I had to wait for them to find the order on the screen, and make it all (I don’t mind waiting, but they weren’t very busy and if I’m told it’s gonna be ready, it’s a little annoying to see the order isn’t even started). They seemed very confused about what to do with a pickup order when I arrived. It eventually got made.. but apparently no matter how many times one guy said “We need a Double Down”, the kitchen couldn’t accomplish 2 pieces of chicken with cheese and bacon. Instead I got 1.5 chicken tenders, some bacon and cheese, a bunch of pickles and mayo, on a bun. Or partly on a bun, anyway. All the cheese and a good chunk of the other ingredients were hanging off the side.

Ordered 2 of the 5 piece chicken tenders(combo), with Mac & cheese, and mashed potato’s & gravy, with honey mustard and KFC sauce. They didn’t give us the mashed potato’s and gravy for either order, and no sauces for our chicken tenders. Also didn’t give us a receipt. They were great in the beginning, now it’s trash just like the other restaurants around.

Asked for fries got mashed potatoes, offered to try apple cobbler for one dollar, it had a gummy,doughy texture like it wasn’t baked and the original chicken I ordered lacked the original flavor I always loved about KFC..plus it was overcooked in my opinion,and when I spoke to employee was told bring it back they would give me a new order..I went back the next day the drive thru told me to wait until another employee runs to the foodlion that sits behind KFC and for me to 1. Wait till someone go wait in line ,at the foodlion,2. Wait for them to then back then cook my fries…I didn’t wish to wait 30min.3. She the owner as she claimed then gave me 2 dried up hard apple turnovers…for the doughy apple cobbler…it was so hot out and as a 68 year old..the heat and my back wasn’t having that so ..I went home disappointed .

This is by far the worst KFC location I have ever been to. Every time I have gone through the drive through I am asked to pull forward or park and then have to wait 15 or 20 minutes before they finally bring the food out. Usually they try to sell me extra crispy because they don’t have any regular chicken. This last trip there took the cake and I will never go there again after waiting 30 minutes and finally had to get my money back this place should be closed down!

Went here last night after work should have checked my bag before I left but I didn’t. Ordered a 12 piece with 2 mashed potatoes, coleslaw and an extra order of a large Mac and cheese on the side. Spent over $40 got all the way home had 1 mashed potato, and one gravy, a large coleslaw, an individual coleslaw and 4 biscuits and a 12 piece chicken. So to feed a family of five I had to make Mac and cheese at home split biscuits and one container of mashed potatoes and gravy. Never again. I gave one star bc the chicken looked good other than that I will never go back to this location.
