The employee staff were friendly and courteous to me and my elderly mother. They accommodated both of our disability needs professionally to the best of there abilities. We dined in around mid afternoon and the food was prepared and served with great taste. Very good food preperation and taste.

Staff ignored a mobile order, so the “ready” time was missed, and then I had to wait for them to find the order on the screen, and make it all (I don’t mind waiting, but they weren’t very busy and if I’m told it’s gonna be ready, it’s a little annoying to see the order isn’t even started). They seemed very confused about what to do with a pickup order when I arrived. It eventually got made.. but apparently no matter how many times one guy said “We need a Double Down”, the kitchen couldn’t accomplish 2 pieces of chicken with cheese and bacon. Instead I got 1.5 chicken tenders, some bacon and cheese, a bunch of pickles and mayo, on a bun. Or partly on a bun, anyway. All the cheese and a good chunk of the other ingredients were hanging off the side.
I guess it’s kinda on me, since I didn’t fully unwrap every single item at the counter, and just counted for the correct number of items.

When you’re too lazy to cook potato wedges, you need to find a new job. And what ever manager is over this establishment at night should have a stern taking to or be fired. Every time we order from here there is something yall don’t wanna cook. Do better, please. Ruining the kfc franchise one awful manager and cook at a time.

This is hands down the worst managed fast food restaurant I’ve ever dealt with. Rude and unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe the staff. They are just time wasters. You’d be better off digging through the Wendy’s dumpster next door than trying to get food from this KFC.

Update: 7/13: Hopeful, I tried again…8 piece “nuggets” was a box of CRUMBS and a biscuit that looks like it was stepped on. Deserves every bit of the 2.5 rating. EAT ELSEWHERE!
Ridiulously bad food and service. Ordered 2 “Quick Pickups” in app. Neither ready when I arrived at the store 10 minutes past pickup. Then told the store has NO FRIES…at all. Also, NO PEPSI? Was told they werr out of Pepsi… THEN got home and see the pics. Double down wasnt made. Cheese and pickles on both sides of the top piece. VERY half-assed and not put together. Nowhrere near acceptable for a $12 combo. If you want KFC, DRIVE TO DIFFERENT ONE, THIS ONE IS GARBAGE.

I ordered a 8 piece and got a 6 piece. Not only that it looks like their chicken is anorexic or something. The worse place ever to go to for food. You’re better off cooking at home. The amount of grease lord Jesus the original KFC man will roll over in his grave.

Waited 30 minutes for terrible chicken tender meal. Manager having an health issue, probably from bad employees, last time we went there , no one was working drive thru, and doors were locked, even though people were inside. Hit or miss, and this KFC misses Every Time
