Ordered 1 hour in advance online. When I arrived to pick up the sandwiches the order hadn’t even been started. I had to wait in line while the server took care of 4 customers who were standing in line ( exactly what is the point of on line ordering?!?!). She then completed my order. When I got home, found the order was completely messed up. Never again! I understand this poor girl was completely overwhelmed, but where are the owners of this place. How are they even accepting on line orders if they cant take care of the in store customers??

I manage a business on the island. I’ve been to this restaurant several times for lunch. Last time I was there it was very busy. 2 staff with a line of customers out the door. The employees were noticably stressed but they did there job best they could. I left a $ 20 tip bc I wanted them to know that I appreciate how hard they worked.
Today I went in @ 1130 there were 2 other customers besides myself in the restaurant. 2 girls working… Rude, miserable girls. They were outright disrespectful! I understand staffing is an issue everywhere but seriously?! Shame on you!

Wrap was good. It’s the service that was lacking. Few weeks ago stopped in and guy working was exhausted. Had been working double shift for weeks… everyone had quit. Today 2 young women were working. One very sweet and one bully. The bully critized everything the other team member did. I was appalled. Needess to say she walked out the door right behind me. My guess is she had enough of the bullying. Hope management/owner sees this post

We aren’t locals , we are on vacation and decided why the heck not let’s eat subway . We were tired from long road trip and it was close to the hotel , let me tell you !!!!! Mark from store #43992 was AMAZING ! He made my children feel happy and made the food with such kindness and love ! Legit I don’t think if anyone else would have made the food it would have came out so delicious he made our food with love ! This man made coming to subway an absolute pleasure , OWNER OF SUBWAY STORE #43992 MARK WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND YOU NEED TO CONSIDER A RAISE ! we will be back to this subway just because of Mark . Take care of worthy employees they don’t come often Thank you for the best subway experience mark !

Both times we went, they didn’t have ingredients prepped. So first time, it was extra long wait and second time, had to order something else. Last time, worker had a bit of an attitude. This location isn’t worth it. We started going to a subway off the island.

Frequent subwayer here. Got a foot long ate half and realized there was mold on my sandwich. Brought my meal and girlfriends to counter for a refund because we weren’t going to finish our food. When asked for a refund staff was argumentative on giving a refund. They only wanted to give a partial refund. I refused and explained why I wouldn’t finish food at a establishment that serves moldy food. They agreed and were not happy about it. Which I don’t understand the hesitation for not wanting to refund a moldy meal. I even stayed back to make sure they throw out the bread because they did not.

Order via mobile app twice and they got my order wrong both times and was not ready at time for pick up. First time the place was busy but no one looked at me and finally a manager said they would get on that but I ordered prior to most people in line , no apologies just attitude. Second time they didn’t see my order was there but they quickly apologized and made it but it was wrong . Sent comment to business but manger didn’t seem to care. Just said never had this happen at other Subway’s

Gross. Oven roasted chicken sandwiches not really chicken. Looks like a huge chicken nugget with that meat the grind up and press back together like you would get in the fast food store. It was supposed to be warm and it was cold and nasty in the center . The cheese thru the display case is so dry and crusty and gross I can’t believe they would let people see it . Trying to find a place to sit at the tables not Gross. Impossible. My shirt is even sticking to the chair with some kind of Goo. Worst Subway I’ve ever been in.

Asked for steak & cheese salads as noted on their menu and staff clearly didn’t know what they were doing. They only had one salad bowl and so they put mine in an extra cover. Turned out well enough but light on the greens making it a small salad. Made a pizza for my kids that turned out well.
