The owner, If you ever get to meet her, is a sweet, thoughtful lady. She decorates her store so well! The subs are very tasty, filled well enough, and the workers do their best to wait on people as quickly as possible. The workers are nice to chat with.

We are sorely disappointed that management has decided that only one employee is needed to run the restaurant at a time. I’ve never seen any restaurant run by one employee and stay in business. This is a horrible mistake by management.
One employee to fulfill mobile orders, walk-in orders, baking bread and cookies, ringing up the orders, taking payment, and slicing the meat. Oh, and when does the poor employee get a break to eat, drink, or go to the bathroom?!?! This is outrageous. Can’t go on a lunch break. The employees at this location have always been good but it’s obvious management doesn’t care about them or the customers. I guess they want to go out of business!

Today I bought 2 tuna sandwiches…we made the line…Kelly took care of us…we asked her to take the dough out of the bread so we could make the sandwich but Kelly did it with a bad attitude and preferred to pass the bread to another person to serve us… then Kelly left us waiting in line, she didn’t finish making the sandwich and she began to serve an American family who were behind us because we spoke Spanish… my boyfriend spoke to her in English but she was annoyed with us, her discriminatory attitude was very strong….how much she took care of American people, she took care of us…a person like that should not be giving service, we are all the same.910 Sebring Square.., Sebring, FL 33870
