I had called the store to tell the clerk my sandwich bread was soggy and mushy, if he could please make me a new one. He placed me on hold for almost 15 mins, and hung the phone up without any regard or answer. I walked into the store and he tells me that it’s my sandwich, therefore my problem.
I will never return to this establishment. I inturn went next door to the Chinese restaurant, where I was welcomed with open arms!

Out of all the subway I’ve been to, this is by far the worst subway. My family and I were on the way to the beach and so we stopped by to get something to eat. My 5 year old needed to use the restroom badly so I asked her very nicely if I could use the restroom and I kid you now she ignored the living life out of me. I asked her again and she ignored me again. I walked up to her and asked her again and to let her know I’m well aware of her ignorance and that’s when she felt the need to start a really bad argument with me and then she told me the restrooms are not working. She then started saying things about me underneath her breath with 2 other Hispanic that were there. She is very rude, disrespectful and the most RACIST Hispanic I’ve seen. This is not my first time going to this exact store. She welcome anyone that looks like her very respectfully and interacts totally different with them. She needs to be gone because that’s bad business for Subway. I am now 1 less customer for the that store. I don’t take racism lightly.

Yesterday I went with family and friends to order food we had coupons to pay but we were feeding 6 people so the bill won’t be low anyways. The lady that took us said that was ok to use the coupons but then without saying anything she charged us for the cheese 1.50 each sandwich both bills, anywhere I have been before I have been charged for cheese the coupon doesn’t mention extra charges for the cheese and the sandwiches come with cheese if we would ask for extra cheese I would understand the charge but we didn’t they were all regular sandwiches and she listen we were complaining about it and she didn’t care that is not just rude and unprofessional it’s unrespectful and also an abuse of the costumer that lady should not be able to keep taking advantage of the costumers on things like that. So make sure if you decide to go there that she doesn’t overcharge you with stuff just because she wants it. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Woman tries to open bathroom door after seeing me go in I come out and she looks at me and says customers only, if had planned on buying food. I then asked her why she yanked on the door after seeing me go in and she said for me to get out her store.

I.Had place a online order. After the application said my sandwich was read For pick up The old lady behind the counter. (AKA The rude sandwich artist) Told me in a very rude and disrespectful voice that I had to wait until she got rid of the internal customers first. There was six Customers
In the store at this time. 1hour an 15 min later I finally got my three sandwiches. That I am assuming have now been sitting there close to two hours . When simply ringing me up would’ve been sufficient That I pre-ordered 45 minutes prior. To me arriving Now you may think that’s a long time but it would not of been that long if she was not arguing with every single customer about their sandwich.
BOGO coupons will not charge correctly ( got attitude)

Missing items off of the order. (Yep you guessed it got attitude)
I am quite frankly surprised that this subway is still doing business with Customer Service like that if I was the franchise owner changes will need to be made to keep my customer base.
I will NOT be returning to this subways location. I will drive a few miles up the street to the one that’s more nicer and cleaner an appreciates my American dollar being spent at their establishment.
