Dude. If I pay 13 bucks for a sandwich. I expect a sandwich. Didn’t give me the deal selected in the app and then they give me a sandwich that looks like a cigar more than a sub. I see alot of people saying they feel cheated. And I see why. Stop shrinking sandwiches for profits please. Won’t be wasting money again

So angry, on the way home from long day of work, order sub for pick up because that’s the only way to get a discount any more. Asked extra lettuce, green pepper, onion and cucumber….EXTRA, this is what I got! Almost nonexistent toppings. Supposed to be an Ultimate BMT, there is not double provolone, and when you’re not there to walk them through each step, THIS is what you get, sad

We made a changes to our order in the drive thru. Customer Service was not good. They look annoyed and had an attitude. We were given completely wrong sandwiches from what we ordered. I ordered “the beast ” foot long and recieved a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Someone else recieved a “titan turkey” and recieved no toppings and sauce. Another person ordered “the beast” and recieved no toppings and sauce. This is very poor service and Customer care. I will not be going back.

I like Subway but management needs to train new employees and observe them. If I were the manager, I would NEVER let a wrap walk out of my store looking like this! There’s no way you can pick this up and eat it. It falls apart. This is not the first time either. I don’t blame the new employee. This is poor management skills. Why is there not a manager on duty at such a busy time (6pm) to supervise the employees?? This is unacceptable.

Food is always fine, I come here multiple times a week when I work one of my jobs. I was inspired to write this because only one out of the three ladies that have served me here showed any sort of respect to our fellow humans. 12:03 noon on Tuesday October 22nd, the lady with the “Love” tattoo was nice and kind, the other lady projected outwardly how much she hates her life, and asked me to repeat myself probably 7-10 times within 3 minutes. I have worked in fine dining for 9 years now. Thanks for the good food however…

I tried to order food at 9:30 p.m. Store hours are until 10:00 p.m. lobby doors are locked but all the lights are on. So I went through the drive-thru to order my food. Touch screen ordering system was still operational so I’ve started placing my order. A young lady comes out the side door screaming that they’re closed I can’t order food. She was absolutely livid just saying that the food had already been put away there’s no way they were making orders. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. If you’re going to close the store early turn off your drive-thru, put up a sign, turn off your open sign and turn off outside lighting.
