They lady working inside was doing her best despite the conditions.
The air-conditioning inside the restaurant was out of order making it very hot inside. Buildup of condensation on all the cold prep area was worrysome. But we did not notice how bad it was until we got home, wilted lettuce, soggy onions and moist bread. Didn’t eat these. :/

I ordered sandwiches for my wife and I with double meat. I didn’t get double on either sandwich. I wouldn’t be here doing this except this isn’t the first time. I guess they figure if you order via door dash they can rip you off. If these are double meat I’d hate to see their single.

Subway is only good if the sub rolls are fresh. Last two times I’ve eaten there, they were not. I don’t care if they were made the same day, by 6 pm they are not soft and fresh anymore.

Ordered from the app, asked for no mustard, extra mayo put on the bread. Went and picked it up, brought it home and it had mustard. Went back and was told they were out of ham- told them to just refund the money. She insisted she would cut ham …. This is what I opened up. There is still no mayo on the bread and look at the ham. The bread was torn up and soggy, the veggies soggy and the ham was thicker than most ham slices on a dinner plate. I’m sorry this is completely unacceptable! Waste of my gas going back and forth and still inedible!

They bake their bread for too long. Every time I have bought a sandwich there, the bread is crunchy and with flaky crumbs. I just want some soft bread! Also a male employee with a ponytail handled cash and coins with plastic gloves on, then proceeded to make someone’s sandwich with same gloves. Nasty and all ingredients cross contaminated

I called to help my mom place her order because she doesn’t speak English fluently. I was translating for her over the phone, but the woman at this Subway was extremely rude and impatient. She refused to take my mom’s order, ignored me while I was translating in English, and in the end denied service only because my mom speaks Spanish. This is unacceptable and discriminatory. No customer should ever be treated this way.

I thought it was a mistake the first time so i added a note this time asking for my meat to please be heated and again steak and cheese cold sub who oders a cold steak and cheese. I even tried to call before posting but after 10 mins i got tired of waiting i do not think i will be back. Very disappointed as you can see it’s supposed to be turkey and ham and I paid extra only to get turkey and was not even greates by the woman working smh
