We will come only to this location from now on. All other locations, 4th st & 34th st are nasty & the employees are rude.
This location is always friendly, the veggies are always fresh, and they make the sandwiches cleanly, not just throw it together.

Usually the sandwiches are great (at least from months ago when I ordered more regularly) but today I got a mush of bread. See pic of literally two slices of jalapeños… same with the others, barely anything.

Staff was very kind but hours later the food ended up giving me an upset stomach. Some of the veggies did not look like it was in code. As if it was sitting there for a while. Product needs to be switched out every so often. Doesnt look like they are rotating the food, so i can only imagine how long the lunch meat was sitting there. Subway needs to ensure employees are changing old product for new.

I give a ZERO. Hard to give good customer service when the two employee’s couldnt understand English! I said TWO sandshiches SAME & She made one looked at me and said anything else? The guy there came & made the 2nd one who understood English even less! I repeatedly asked for Vinegrette packets and got NONE! was so flustered I forgot! These people do not deserve $15p/hr definitely NOT!!! No worry I will not be returning for this location CLOWN SHOW. UGH.

It has been many years since I came to this location to get myself a sub. Years prior I used to come to this location almost every day when I worked to get myself lunch. Never again! I placed an order online so I could quickly swing by and grab food. I had the correct location selected and made my payment, only to find out when I get to the store that they don’t have my order and no matter showing them that the order was placed and have the money coming out of my account, they would not make me any food. So I ended up walking out with nothing to eat but money coming out of my account. Don’t see myself coming back to this place ever again.

This was my all time favorite Semubway there at least 1-2 times a week. So missed a couple of weeks and couple of days ago I did my usual online order that I have saved on the app and went in and see they have new owners. Worst service ever. The two looked like they didn’t know what to do, they didn’t follow my requests that I’ve had for online orders for years. I asked for extra toppings and he refused to do it while I was standing right there. Online order has all those instructions also to cut in 3 didn’t do that either. Ordered the chocolate cookie bar didn’t heat it. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE

Ever since they got those new people, it’s been awful. I asked the lady to do simple things, like toast just the meat, and it took about 5 minutes to explain that I just wanted the bread and meat toasted, not the cheese, but that I still wanted cheese. The register attendant had to be told about 5 times what our orders were, and they seemed to get upset when I gave them specific directions for my order. Utter catastrophe.

Their people skills are based on that the customer should be thankful that are providing food!
I like the fact that another Subway is only 1.5 mile away and thankful for customers.
