Any adjective with a negative connotation will accurately describe the experience of trying to order food from this Subway.

Ordered from this subway, was given an eta of 2:30pm for pickup. Arrived a few minutes after the ETA to an empty restaurant, waited a minute before someone came from the back and the order hasn’t been completed or even started… was given nothing by attitude by the employee (didn’t catch her name but middle aged black woman), said she needed to cut the meat… okay… gave even more attitude when I asked for an ETA on when I could expect the order to be completed. She told me to come back in 20 minutes, I come back in 20 minutes still had to wait a few minutes just to receive a bag full of nonsense… Turkey & bacon flatbread … with nothing but cold bacon oddly wrapped up… every other sandwich had cold hard inedible bread, cold bacon, etc. … so I ended up having to go elsewhere and buy food. This experience was absolutely abysmal, $54 spent and no one could eat any of it and some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life… Not apologetic in any way, seemed pissed off that I had even ordered from there at all, and all that attitude just to deliver crap food… horrible.

Something needs to be done because this place isn’t going to be open much longer at this rate.

Refused to take our coupon because we did not “present it” before ordering. We did present it before paying. Nothing was said indicating that they do not take the coupon, just that we had to present it before we ordered. What kind of scam are they running?

This place was a complete disappointment this morning after standing in line for almost 15 minutes. The gentleman refused to serve me because an online order came in while I was standing in line, I actually watched him place the receipt down in front of me from the printer. Another gentleman behind me, actually walked out the door because the service was taking so long, It’s disappointing that they’re not staffed appropriately to deal with the online orders.

I ordered delivery to work. If I would have had time I’d have driven over to bring it back. I get extra lettuce on my sandwich because it is the only veggie I add. The few pieces put on it was not “more”. I asked for “less” sauce but got more sauce. I guess someone confused the 2 so I got an overly saucy sandwich with barely any lettuce.

Workers feel somewhat argumentative or something, just doesn’t feel friendly. My sandwich bread was supposed to be toasted and it was soft as soft, just warm. I told them their over doesn’t toast the bread or the workers don’t toast it enought or something and they fought me about it. I get my same meatball sandwich toasted at many other locations and it’s actually toasted and a bit crunchy. Had enough of them after only 1 visit. Won’t be back to this location. The building itself is nice, plenty of tables to sit at.

Extremely Disappointed with Dirty and Unsanitary Conditions at Subway Restaurant

I recently visited a Subway restaurant location at 13032 Racetrack Road Tampa Westchase and I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience. The cleanliness and sanitation standards at this particular establishment were shockingly subpar, leaving me with serious concerns about their commitment to hygiene and customer well-being.

Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed the uncleanliness of the dining area. Tables were not properly wiped down, and there were visible crumbs and spills scattered across the surfaces. It was evident that the cleaning staff had neglected their duties, resulting in an unkempt and unappealing environment.

To make matters worse, the food preparation area was equally unsanitary. The countertop was visibly dirty, with stains and residue from previous orders. I observed employees handling food without wearing gloves or using utensils, which is a clear violation of basic food safety standards. This lack of hygiene is not only unprofessional but also poses serious health risks to customers.

Furthermore, the restroom facilities were in a deplorable state. The floors were sticky, and the sink area was cluttered and unattended. The lack of cleanliness in such a vital area further raised concerns about the overall sanitation practices at this Subway branch.

In addition to the unclean conditions, the staff seemed disinterested and apathetic towards maintaining cleanliness. There was a noticeable lack of urgency in addressing the issues at hand, and it appeared as though they were neglecting their responsibility to provide a safe and clean dining environment for their customers.

As a customer, I believe it is imperative for restaurants to prioritize hygiene and cleanliness in order to ensure the well-being of their patrons. This particular Subway restaurant failed miserably in upholding these basic standards, and I urge the management to take immediate action to address these serious shortcomings.

I sincerely hope that my review serves as a wake-up call for the management and prompts them to implement necessary changes at this location. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Subway restaurant to anyone seeking a clean and sanitary dining experience.

Every time I walk into this subway location I am greeted by the happiest staff. They always have a smile on their faces. When I came here to write this review I was shocked to hear others have a different view of the staff. Keep smiling guys, don’t listen to these negative people.

Literally the rudest employee I’ve ever met. “What do you want?” “You just ordered this four minutes ago, why did you think it would be ready?” “It’s on the house, how about that, is that better for you?” “It’s not even close to being ready” “What are you two still doing here?” She was rude to me, my family, and every other person that walked in the door. It was almost laughable, and very very awkward for everyone except for her apparently.

Very poor customer service at this subway location. The lady serving tells me ‘can’t you prepare this sandwich at home?’ She said that she wouldn’t eat the subway sandwich even if she got it for free. Very negative attitude and customer service. The management needs to look at the motivation levels of the staff and fix. Just look at how motivated and excellent service Chipotle provides, every single time. The owner may as well close this subway location than spoil the mood of the customers by such negative behavior.
