Meatball sub didn’t even cover the bread. Barely any sauce, it was dried out like it was set out for several days. Bread was so hard I suspect it was a week or two old. The “wrap” wasn’t wrapped, ingredients were just set on the wrap. This order was nothing like the order I recently had from across the street. Outrageous. Never again.

Ive been coming here for a while now and months ago when the short man was manager he was always hanging out in the lobby while one person took on a line by themselves but i noticed that the store is getting cleaner and the staff are working together. i dined in yesterday and a customer was being extremely rude but they handled it gracefully. nice! hope to see more progress

I ordered 3 subs, the female that checked me out did it quickly. She was kind and helpful. There was great music playing in the back. The women said that I could have a free cookie/ song recommendation if I did a review!!

This place is not clean workers are not friendly.. always out of allot .. only 3 drinks as options. Only wheat bread available, no pizza available… just a bad experience my second visit to see if it truly is always like this and it is. Icee machine doesn’t work. Someone needs to get this place back in order if they want to keep business they could be doing allot better

The girl that is there always is not polite very mean and always is something happen there that we can not but sandwiches, today out of bread but two weeks ago she was prepping and said that she can not make my order run in to the kitchen and play music so laugh because I was trying to to talk to her, tonight she is just having fun with company and NO BREAD , never have that worse service in my life

Filthy… Gross… Totally disgusting. The floors with trash and food all over room tables not wiped down and the employees could care less if you’re there or not.
After the employee very slowly , he commenced to sitting down in the restaurant to talk to a girl, instead of cleaning anything up behind the line or in the restaurant, both were in dire need of cleaning.

I stopped in today to get one of the meal of the day subs about 1:20 in the afternoon and the girl said I’ll be with you in a little while granted I only have an hour for lunch so kicked two customers out cuz there was somebody there already in front of me and I told the manager this afternoon when I was leaving Walmart and she said oh well she must have been by herself I said she was making a sub and was looking at her phone so it made me feel like they let the workers do whatever they want

I walked in the shop was going to order food but decided not since I seen the 2 females employees sitting on the counters where they prepare your food and didn’t wipe it down so I just walked out very unprofessional and they didn’t care
