The restaurant is usually trashed. No tables available to eat at. Employees constantly improperly make burrito causing it to fall apart when you take your first bite. If you order a burrito you should not get a a pile of ingredients to eat with a fork, that’s what bowls are for. The fancy fruit dispenser drinks are often out. So you pay nearly $4 for a drink and then all you can get it coke. I love Chipotle, so it’s a shame the local one to me sucks.

To start, I’d give 0 out of 5 stars if I could. When we arrived, the patio trash can was over flowing on to the patio right near the front door. Flies and bees buzzing all over the garbage. The front door was covered with dirty hand prints. We had to walk around the garbage to go inside. We walked inside
to place our order, and noticed hardly any food in the steam tray, the so called “pico de gallo” was just diced tomatoes, the brown rice had no cilantro and was gross chunks. The soda machine area was filthy, and was out of ice, the tables and floor were filthy. It looked like the placed hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. The food sucked. Cold and tasteless. We kept thinking to ourselves why didn’t we leave and go someplace else. We told the cashier about the disgusting mess on the patio but she was uninterested. The employees stood around doing nothing. No wonder Chipolte is constantly getting sued for making customers sick!!! On the way home felt sick to our stomachs. We will be contacting the New Hampshire health department. I also contacted Chipotle customer service who gave me a pathetic response. Filthy restaurant!! We will neer come back to this dump.

I’ve been here more than a few times now and everytime is a straight miss. Not only do they never have any ingredients for your meal but when they do they decide you should only have half a scoop or 5 pieces of chicken. Don’t even try to mobile order bc they won’t give you anything you ask for because they don’t even have it. Tell me why i mobile ordered a bowl and just got rice and chicken and on top of that waited over an hour for it!?!?!? Please do us all a favor and shut this chipotle down or dayum get some more staff?!?

Portions have gotten so small. Ordered 1/2 & 1/2 extra meat. Barely have a scoop total. Rice was wrong. Didn’t have any chips available. Got a quesadilla that had about 6 pieces of cheese. Used to be great last 3 times was horrible. Had to give it another shot as I know how good the food could be

Had uber eats for 3 soft tacos, and chips and salsa. No salsa, nothing came in the tacos, ordered extra steak also.
Uber eats wasn’t helpful and googled the store phone number with getting corporate number. Garbage delivery food. Ordered there many times and eating in there many times. Horrible experience.
Responded to their response with website not allowing contact support properly and change how to contact support. Overall the whole system is a scam to scre people off with real complaints

I can’t understand why have 6 people behind the counter and only one is serving a line 5 deep and one standing at the register doing absolutely nothing but waiting to ring people up. Are they not allowed to help this happens constantly and it makes it a horrible place to use your lunch break.

Fat Larry here. I’d give zero outta five stars if the good Lord would allow it. Pulled up and the patio trash can was overflowin right by the front door, flies and bees buzzin all over like they pay rent there. Inside wasn’t any better. Portions is a moral failure. Half and half extra meat didn’t even add up to one real scoop, rice was wrong, no chips, quesadilla had about six sad strands of cheese. There was a ginger woman employee with a real nasty attitude like I personally ruined her whole week, and some guy bigger than me movin so slow he had no business workin fast food, and at that exact moment it became painfully clear that this location is suffering from a complete breakdown in operational efficiency, leadership oversight, and service accountability, resulting in a degraded customer experience that fails even the most basic expectations of a national fast-casual brand. Pickup was on time which is the only decent thing I can say, checked the bag in the car and the “large” chips and guac for eight sixty was a straight insult and I was missin an entree again, tacos barely wrapped in one piece of foil leakin all over the bag, went back in and got hit with the classic “I didn’t make them” line which don’t help nobody. Got home and the rice was crunchy like it was half cooked, guac had big hunks of lettuce in it which is just wrong, meat had no flavor, and the whole place feels dirty and neglected. Whoever owns or manages this Chipotle has let it gooo way downhill, which is a dang shame cause this place was amazin when it first opened back around 2017. I’m done, deletin the app, and tellin everyone I know to go literally anywhere else unless they enjoy bein disappointed and testin their faith over a burrito.

So this place deserves not to exist. It has disappointed us every time. We chose to give it a shot again after being disappointed two time previously. Third times a charm I guess. I would prefer to order delivery but cannot trust the order to be correct. So this time we chose pick up. On arrival I found my order on the shelf at the exact time stated for pick up. This will be the only positive thing about this. Grabbed my bag and went to the car. As my wife placed the car in reverse I said, “Stop. I need to make sure this is correct.” Picked up my chips from my large bag of chips with guac and opened it. See attached pic. $8.60 let me remind you. I was also missing one of my entrees. This is exactly what happened last time I ordered from here. Also the state of the three tacos I ordered were just barely wrapped with one piece of tin foil nothing else and already falling apart and leaking in the bag on top of the one entree they did remember to put in there. I went back in the store and said this is not a large chip. So they poured more in the bag and said sorry. I said I’m also missing a burrito bowl. They pointed to a bowl on the counter and proceeded to ask me “Is that it?” I don’t know you made it. I then stated that those taco leaking in the bag look horrible and the employees answer was “I didn’t make them.” So after arriving home and eating, rice is severely under cooked and guac had huge chunks of lettuce in it. Does lettuce even belong in guac? No flavor on some of the meat. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant is disgustingly neglected. Dirty gross and should be shut down. Give us a place that has tasty food and respects their customers. I will never eat here again. I will delete the app and I will recommend to everyone to head down the road for something else.

I ordered online and when I arrived at the store – at 7:30pm on a Saturday, the doors to the building were locked. I had to knock on the door a few times and when one of the employees looked at me, they’d ignore me. Eventually one of the kids behind the counter came to the door and asked me what the name for my takeout order was.
No cheese on the bowl, seemingly much spicier than typical, chips were wet with lime juice. Praying I don’t get sick from eating this meal. Other reviews are not making me feel any better unfortunately.
