I can’t figure out for the life of me how this place is still even in business. I wish I could give this store a ZERO.
Third time here and every time the lady claimed their bathroom was out of order. Today, I really needed to wash my hands before ordering and she refused to let me use the bathroom. She even refused to accommodate me and let me wash my hands at a different sink (given that the bathroom is supposedly out of order). The lady claimed they were literally working on it now. That was a complete lie to my face as there was absolutely no activity or even another person at the store. They don’t have water cups either for tap water. You have to pay for a soft drink cup. When I asked her if she could give me one of those cups for water, given that they were out of the clear water cups, she claimed that those soda cups are counted so she couldn’t give me one unless I paid for the cup.
And because all of the above apparently is not enough, the lady who we always see there is super rude. The floors are sticky and gross as well. STAY AWAY!

I frequently visit this establishment, and each time I come to this particular Subway, the manager is consistently friendly and accommodating to any requests or needs I may have.
I currently have approximately 4,000 Subway reward points, so I visit quite a few Subway locations. However, this establishment, by far, has the best and freshest cookies.
Thank you to the manager and the rest of the staff for consistently providing excellent service.

Most Nasty staff. I visited with my kids to get sub and white lady is very very rude, we greeted her, but she never greeted back to us while we are in the Subway. She’s busy cleaning doing other stuff rather than taking care of us she kept us waiting for almost 7 to 8 minutes because she was cleaning something but she should’ve thought the customer is a first priority which she never did and the way how she was talking. She was totally rude absolutely nasty nasty and nasty. I am going to tell all my friend, all my fellow friends that do not visit that subway because that place is nasty, nasty and nasty if the owner is watching or seeing this my review, he should do something about this because this lady will ruin your business. Lady behind the counter got up set when I asked her to change my sandwich one I found out the meatballs have pork in them she refused to remake the sandwich and try to give me the bread with the meat sauce on it I asked for the manager unfortunately she is the manager and when I asked for someone above her she refused to give me a contact number.

Love the staff the lady who helped me was so sweet. I am scared to order my own food without my mom sometimes but she made it so easy and was patient with me, I love this subway!!!

Just walked into this location to get a sub and they’re was 1 worker a white lady with dyed red hair. My husband and I came in said hello and she didn’t say a word. She continued to make what I’m assuming were pick up orders for 10 minutes and didn’t say anything thing. We left. She never acknowledged us and honestly it was just really rude.

I had to change my review from 5 star excellence to 3 star mediocre. I had the most rude and disrespectful kid serve me. From the very beginning he didn’t greet me as we came in. He just trudgingly made the sandwiches for the guests before me. Then he didn’t change his gloves after using the computer and cashing out the guest in front of me. (They had jalapenos is why I even noticed he didn’t change them) Next he didn’t build the sandwich right, he plopped the meat into the sandwich in stacks (I had spicy Italian). While it was toasting he processed the payment after which he still didn’t changed his gloves. Then was annoyed at the fact that I wanted my overload of veggies that I always get. The only reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because it’s subway and even with all the missteps the food is amazing. Frustrated because this is my favorite location. Well I guess it was.

I go to Subway in Seffner I get there at 9:23 they’re open until 10:00 when I get there the lady working is already breaking down the bar she informs me very rudely that she cannot help me and that the wait will be long and I said well you don’t close till 10:00 if that’s 35 minutes away she says yeah but I’ve got cleaning and stuff to do I just don’t have the time to help you so I get out my phone to make a phone call and she says what were you looking to get and I said a Philly steak and cheese and she says oh I’m out of steak then I asked her about nachos she says I’m going to tell you the truth about subways nachos it’s a broken up bag of chips with three squirts of cheese a couple of tomatoes and a couple of jalapenos and a dollar more if you want chicken or steak and that would make it $6 and it’s just not worth it she says she’s making sure she tells all the customers that so wow what an experience you know I fell in love with the nachos but I bet you I never come back to the Subway store again in Seffner unreal. My overall impression was I’ll never come back to the store again
