I’ve eaten at subway 1000 times since I was 16. Including Saraha stint working there. Never had I had as terrible of service as I did tonight at this location with with the two young girls named Sarah and June they tried to tell me We couldn’t toast a flatbread sandwich. Proceeded to give me an attitude and refuse to do so until I mention escalating to the boss. Simple request absolute terrible service. The girls act like they can’t hear and have been terribly rude and disrespectful.

i love the overnight lady who worked 05/09 and 05/10 so bad!!!! i’m 6 months pregnant and i crave my food a certain way. she makes it so good. and the cookies are so soft and warm!!! i literally had to call her and tell her this because if you’ve ever been pregnant you know food tastes extra good when it’s right! ugh please promote her or something LOL

Only one worker in the evenings for this subway. Placed an order online for two foot longs. When we got there we weren’t greated and the gentleman didn’t ask if we had a pick up order or even acknowledged us until I went up and asked if the current order he was working on was for King. There was another gentleman waiting to place an order and from the looks of it he was there for a while. When we got our food home, my sub was made correctly but my husband’s was not. Instead of pepper jack cheese he got sparayically placed cheese that looked like mozzarella and there was no grated Parmesan cheese when extra was ordered. The worker was definitely taking his time and looked at the tickets so I am not sure how he missed the things he did for the sandwich. Will most likely place order in store instead of online due to mistakes that could have been avoided.

Here is the reason for my low rating. Subway is having a footlong promotion with the code being 699FL. At checkout when I enter the code, it informs me that this restaurant is not participating in the national discount. I won’t be back until this is corrected. They are way overpriced in my humble opinion to begin with.

I love Subway and usually shop here when I’m wanting a sub. Unfortunately, tonite, the young man behind the counter told us they were open for pick up only. Asked us to go to the other Subway instead. I’ve never seen a franchise operate like this. Poor business strategy. How inconsiderate to ask your customers to go to another subway. The other shop seemed overwhelmed as well. Try harder business managers. Have you seen your ratings on here?

I ordered a sandwich two hours before the time I chose to pick up the sandwich. Once I got there my order was not ready and they had an inexperienced guy working and I could not wait to get my order because I would have been late to work. I am extremely frustrated because I work overnight I was depending on subway to be reliable and unfortunately I have to eat nothing but air sandwiches tonight while working an 8 hour shift on an empty stomach they will never get my money ever again.
